They were very efficient and courteous.

The technician arrived, listened to the compressor for about 10 seconds, and said that it couldn't be serviced because it was inside a "sealed unit". $95 please! He then wrote up a quote for $7k+ for a replacement, for a small townhouse it should really cost just over half of that. I feel I ended up just paying for them to write me an estimate, and one that was pretty outrageous at that.

I am an out of state landlord for a home in Burke, VA. The home is one that I have lived in and hope to return to when I transfer back to DC. As such, I try to keep the house in pretty good shape with preventive maintenance and some minor upgrades even while tenants are in the home. Naturally this can be difficult while living out of state. From start to finish, B and B exceeded all my expectations and made what would normally be a difficult situation easy. They were extremely professional, prompt, and always courteous. My tenants had only good things to say about them and ended up working directly with B and B to schedule the work at a time that was convenient to them. Mr. Sok was especially helpful in answering all my questions and made quite an impression on my tenants.

Chung arrived 30 minutes early. He was alone and nearly ran himself to death going from the basement to the 3rd floor. He was very knowledgeable and quickly determined why there was no hot water getting to the 3rd floor. Fixed the problem. The entire experience with Band B from making the appointment to getting the repairs completed was a pleasant one.

The technicians seemed knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The only downside was that the material cost for the coil cleaning was $60, which seems high for a single can of chemical spray. Also, the coil cleaning left my house smelling like the chemical.

Sam was on time, very clear in his questions, evaluation, and assessment of the problem. He and his helper worked quickly and thoroughly, cleaned up afterwards. I asked if a service contract would be indicated, and Sam said it would not be helpful for my system -- didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. He suggested maintenance activities that I had already practiced be performed throughout the year, not only during the summer. After his initial survey, Sam reiterated the company's fees that had been quoted to me when I made the appointment. Overall, I was very pleased, and would choose this company again.

They were great! Everyone was very professional. They had to work late into the evening, and it was a hot and humid day. They were always respectful, explained what they were doing, and cleaned up any mess they made.

Sam, technician was professional, explained everything in detail. THIS PART IS UNBELIEVABLE: they came within ONE HOUR of my call! I was not a customer prior to today. I was so impressed, I actually bought a service agreement.

I admire Band B technicians' integrity because they could have sold us another whole A/C system, but instead spent time finding and installing a discontinued coil. The technicians were prompt and respectful of our home and belongings. The A/C unit they worked on is in our attic, accessible only through my walk-in clothes closet. They took precautions not to spill insulation all over my clothes. They also were careful not to allow the outside door to stand ajar, respecting our wishes to keep the 3 cats inside. Moreover, their installation is a success, as evidenced by continuous A/C without failure in the month since they completed the job. I highly recommend their honesty and professionalism.

They did excellent work, came on time, and called first. I was very pleased because they were knowledgeable people, and I highly recommend them.

We were told they would arrive before 5pm but would call 30 mins before their arrival. They called about 4:30 and arrived after 5pm. Very professional service.

I faxed them a work order with our contact information for them to estimate a job for one our commercial properties in Northern VA. They never called me. I possibly would hire them for future jobs giving them the benefit, but the lack of response gets them a ''F'' rating.

The motor has been replaced and is working fine. I was overcharged 1/4 hour for the diagnosis, charged 3/4 hour for shop time taking the old housing back and replacing the old blower motor and was charged an additional trip charge to return and overcharged 1/4 hour while the technician wrote the final invoice. The charges were disputed and the company returned $55.00.

Technician was professional. Feel I was ripped off somewhat, because in addition to the labor cost $95/first half hour and $40/each additional 15 minutes, I was charged $60 for the cleaning chemical for the outside coils/fins and $18 for a shot of CO2 to clear the clogged condenser pan drain.

At 6:10 that evening, I received a phone call from the technician asking if I still wanted service. I asked to speak to the manager. I told him that I had taken the day off, waited all day with for services would be later in the evening, and then the manager cut me off asking if I still wanted services. I told the manager that I thought I should have some kind of discount for the time I had wasted and late services. He stated rudely that it was not his problem that I took off work, I was never promised a time that the repairs would be completed, and under no circumstances was I going to receive any discount. But, that time I was angry with his rudeness and the day of waiting. I told him that customer service was his responsibility and that his rudeness was also his responsibility. He cut me off to ask if I wanted a technician to come out tonight. I hung up the phone. I would absolutely not recommend Band B. Maybe their other locations are better, but not Fairfax!

My AC was leaking onto my basement floor on the first hot day of the summer. I called 4 places and no one could come out for days. Band B could come that afternoon. They came around the estimated time and were very patient in explaining the work that had to be done. This is my first home, so I do not know what the prices should be, but it seemed rather expensive. Also, I wasn't totally convinced that the system needed to be cleaned--I felt like I was at Jiffy Lube and they kept suggesting more services. However, the problem was solved and solved quick. So, I would recommend Band B.

The service was wonderful. I was extremely pleased with the care the servicemen took while installing the new heat pump. They put down tarps to cover the carpet and wore booties when they had to walk anywhere else. The work took all day, 8:30 til about 6:00. They originally had planned to come back the next day but brought in extra workers to get the job finished in one day. They cleaned up everything and left the house spotless. I recommended the company to my mother and she had them install a new air conditioner, too. The price was in the middle of the estimates I got, but I really liked the company, so I went with them, and I am glad I did.

Julio diagnosed and repaired the problem quickly and efficiently, sealed air leaks, checked thermostat functions and pointed out maintenance tips, explained their service contract, worked nearly one hour but charged for half an hour, and left a satisfied customer.

The repairman was out to the home within 1 hour of calling. He was very professional, knowledgeable and fast. They also have very competitive price.

I THOUGHT THIS WAS A WONDERFUL COMPANY. WHEN I NEEDED THEM, THEY WERE ABLE TO COME RIGHT OUT. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL and PROMPT. I WAS REALLY PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY.
