Description of Work: I was looking for tinted windows for my new SUV for 2 months. I narrowed down my choice of vendors to three but went with Ziebart based on reviews from Angie's List and other sites. I didn't use the Angie's List coupon as it was for 2 windows only, of a lesser quality tint, and could not be applied to the overall price for my SUV (I didn't use 3M either because it was way too expensive). I made the appointment and they saw me within the week. The place is small and out of the way so if you plan on waiting bring a book or tablet and hope that no one else is waiting since there is only 1 seat - there are some stores about 1/4 mile away if you want to walk though. The service was friendly enough and I really liked the story about the disable vet that they helped out - there is a photo on the wall so ask about it. I was slotted for a 4hr window but they were done in three hours and the job looked great. I got the 55% on the driver and passenger front sides, 5% on the rest, and the strip across the top. I immediately felt the results as my car was cool in both appearance and temperature. It has been 3 weeks now since I had the tint installed and it is still looking good. The parking spot at work tells the story: When I used to go to my car at the end of the day the temp inside was in the nineties - now they are in the lower eighties/upper seventies. Plus side is that my kids like the privacy. Overall I am satisfied and plan on using them again for their other services like body paint shield. Too bad we can't upload photos.

Description of Work: The provider gave odds reasons over the phone why I would have to pay more than what the coupon says. The provider should be very clear in the offer specifying brand vehicles allowed, number of windows, etc, rather than have the coupon as a bait to make a potential customer pay more than expected. I cannot do business with a counterpart that did not give me any reason to give them my trust.

Description of Work: Ziebarts detailed my Subaru Forester which was full of mud and dust after I had used it to haul many plants and building materials over the course of several weeks. They were running some kind of special but I do not know what I finally paid. In addition they even called another vendor in to fix some minor dents and scratches while the car was in their shop. I was just happy with the price because they also replaced the plastic strips that protect the edge of the doors as part of the deal. So I was able to get a lot done by just leaving the car there for a single day.

Description of Work: Paint sealant, clean interior, clean under-carriage, clean engine compartment, re-apply undercoating if necessary. We have used Ziebart since 1973 on all of our automobiles and credit their services to the longevity and superior appearance of our autos (10+ years on average).
