It worked out very well. The service was more thorough than I expected and the price was fair. I intend to use them in the future.

The first year you do the service it is around $399.00 and then they half the price the next year. I am pleased with the service. I had a different car that I took there in the past and when it would be taken in for service elsewhere, I would get comments on how new the car looked due to the paint protection. I think it is a reasonable price for subsequent years for the service.

The work was good as far as the product goes. They took more than five hours to do the work and I was surprised by that. I would still recommend them as the work was done very well.

The service has been good. The interior cleaning worked out well as they were able to get an ink stain out. They did diamond coating on the exterior and it seems to work out well.

The service was fine. My husband seemed to be pleased as they did a good job.

The car looked great when I picked it up. They had also been able to match the paint. All the dents were gone!

Patrick took the time to explain the details of the bed liner I has seen. He examined my truck then gave me a quote and suggested that I might also want to get the truck undercoated. I concurred and had both services performed. The work was performed as quoted and delivered at the time quoted. The best parts of dealing with Patrick and this company are: 1. there was no pressure to buy. 2. the workmanship was excellent - no over spray, all bed liner edges are neat and trim. 3. no "extra" charges 4. AND it was delivered when promised. Absolutely great experience. Highly recommend Ziebart in Fairfax.

I made an appointment over the phone within a week of needing the service. I brought the car in, went over pricing with the manager, and then Enterprise picked me up. I still had to fill out the rental car paperwork but Ziebart payed for it and it didn't take too long. When I returned in the afternoon I was a few minutes late due to traffice, but I called ahead and it wasn't a problem. The manager went over the services performed during a walk-around of the vehicle. Everything was very professional. The hitch has performed extremely well through some rough terrain with a bike rack attached, and the detailing is still noticeable 4 months later.

Ziebart was fine and I would do it again. It was fairly efficient and the price was decent. The quality of their work was good, no complaints. I would recommend this company.

I brought my brother's car here for the finishing touches of the service offered by Pope's Auto Body (directly across the street). It was a coupon that Mr. Pope offered with body work completed at his shop (offered via Angie's List). It was for an Express Interior cleaning and a hand wash with Rain-X wax/compound added to the exterior. This package typically runs around $75, but I was getting it free. Patrick took care of me. He told me the work would take approx. 2 hrs (spot on time) and inspected the car with me after the work was done. The interior was done beautifully. Even the front carpets (which were badly stained) looked new again. It appeared they Armor-alled much of the interior and cleaned the leather seats accordingly. Everything looked great! The exterior shined wonderfully and made the recently completed body work look even better than it had before. The waiting room is comfortable. Coffee is offered as well as a TV. Patrick was very helpful with a problem I was having with the car (non-cleaning related). He offered me some very good advice which I plan on taking him up on. Would definitely use this shop for future detailing and cleaning. Well done!

I recently picked up an 11 year old sedan. Though the interior and exterior were in excellent condition, I wanted to get the interior fully detailed and have the exterior washed/waxed. I dropped the vehicle off at 8:00 am and got a ride to my office by one of the Ziebart employees. Patrick (front desk) called me approximately 1/2 an hour before the pick-up time we initially agreed upon and asked if they could keep my car for another couple hours since they were running behind since they were a man down that day... no sweat, at least someone called to inform me. I picked up the vehicle at 4pm and it looked great. Joe enjoys detailing cars and takes pride in his work, which definitely showed. The window tint turned out great as well. I will definitely use them (and will specifically ask for Joe) again.

The quality of the work on each car was superb and the customer service was excellent. I dealt in each case with a man named Mike.

The experience was pretty standard, really. I called, said I wanted to bring my car in for my yearly fine-toothed-comb detailing. Jonathan (sp?) was professional and helpful as he always is. Appointment was scheduled, I brought the car in, dropped it off, and got the call a few hours later. I returned, picked up my car (in all its glossy splendor), paid, and was on my way - a happy camper.

I have been going there for at least 10 years and I take all my new cars in because they do a better job than the dealer. They also have all types of accessories for your vehicles. They also do truck bed lining too. I have been very happy with them. Whatever this company has done for me has outlasted the time expected.

I dropped my truck off on A Saturday and told them I wanted it by COB Monday. They told me that it would be ready by Monday afternoon. I went to pick my truck up on Tuesday morning. They had not done the work they promised. The supervisor informed me that he had not actually supervised the work. They promised to call me when it was ready but never did. I had to call them and make a second trip to the shop to get my truck. The owner of the company, and Mr. Duran's only response was "my manager did not do his job." Apparently "I am sorry" are not words he uses regularly. Don't go to this place. Their attention to detail and customer relations need lots of work!

Overall was a good experience. They took my car ahead of my appointment and had it ready when promised. They have a small waiting area which they provide wireless Internet and coffee.
