Description of Work: Kitchen cabinets were resurfaced, added a new cabinet, pullouts, and drawers.

Description of Work: I don't recall the costs as its been several years ago. But we have used them 2x. One to do the cabinet refacing and one to create a pantry and counter area.

Description of Work: I had my kitchen cabinets extended to the ceiling and refaced. Neil Sanders, my sales rep, was extremely well informed about the services and products available and did not force a hard sell on me. Jeremiah and his assistant who did the actual measurements and the work were extremely professional, paying a lot of attention to the detail of all the work to be sure it was done correctly, and made an extreme effort to keep the mess and inconvenience to a minimum. My extension and refacing took 2 days (8 am to 5 pm) and I am thrilled with the results. I highly recommend this company for its work.

Description of Work: The refacing job was very well done and we are 100% satisfied with it. The cabinets look great and the installers were very professional. There was a small problem with the cabinet hardward, but the office worked with us to a satisfactory resolution. But for the hardware glitch, I would give them an "A" rating.

The install team was extremely polite, prompt, and quick. The sales rep was able to work with us on the price without a high pressure sales pitch like the competition. Description of Work: A very upsetting experience of male chauvanism and patronizing attitude. Appointment made for one evening. 30 minutes after scheduled time, received phone call that they could not make the appointment. The next morning received a phone call to reschedule for that evening. Asked if both husband and wife would be available. I answered no that I was responsible for the project in one of our rental units and my husband wasn't involved. He said he would only meet if my husband were there as well. I said that wasn't possible - he said he wouldn't come out to do an estimate. Do not use this firm if you are an independent woman that can make her own decisions.
