FANTASTIC. Extremely prompt response compared to all the other lawn repair services in the area. They came and serviced all of them and the torrential rain storm didn't cause them to miss a beat! Extremely courteous, professional, diligent and pleasant. Fully plan to use them again and recommend to neighbors.

Arrived on time with large trailer workshop. Immediately took mower into trailer and determined the coil was faulty. Didn't have part, so ordered by cell phone while he was here and returned later to finish work. Mower works perfectly now and even started up after only 4 pulls on starter cord today after sitting in the garage untouched for more than 6 months since he worked on it. This service is great! No lugging the mower in to brick 'n mortar shop and waiting weeks for completion of service. He comes to your door, does the work professionally and charges very reasonable fee. There is no question - I will certainly use AJ again!

Great. He was booked up when I called after the 4th snow fall understandably and said he put me on his growing list which was fine. About 10 days later he called to set up an in home apt, for which I did not need to be present. I didn't have to chase him down. He came on time completed the repair as planned and charged the pre arranged fee. No surprises. He was prompt and courteous. If I have the misfortune to need a similar repair next winter he'll be my first phone call.

I like that they come to the house to do the service. This year, I forgot to ask them to do the weedwacker, and they did it anyway. They were on time, too. They cleaned up after themselves.

The provider never did service.

I saw AJ's listed on Angies list last year when I needed repairs to my string trimmer. His ad did not say this was what he did but I called to see. Jason, the owner, was very nice on the phone. he told me he didn't do trimmers and gave me some good advice about trimmers. We talked about his mobile repair service and the concept sounded great - no having to load the mower in the trunk of the sedan and drive it to the repair facility and then have to pick it up and unload it . I told him I would call late winter once he described what he did and the fact he comes to your door. I called in mid February to talk about his service for mid March. We agreed to chat again in early march. We talked in early march and agreed on a date. I told him I was going to spread the work to my neighbors to see if they were interested as well. He offered us a discount based on how many he could do on the single visit. Since we had 11 say they wanted to use him he gave us $20 off per mower for the tune up service. He and I confirmed the number and time he would arrive. He came at the time he said. I had arranged to have all the mowers in my garage the night before since many folks work. He and his assistant got to work and did as he said. He was very professional and did what he said and more. I had each person put their name and contact number on the mower in case jason found something that was needed but not part of a tuneup. One person needed and new pully rope so Jason called him got the OK and agreed to accept credit card on the phone. The rest of the neighbors had left checks with me for the agreed price. Another neighbors machine was in need of some expensive work. Jason called the owner to tell him what was needed and recommended the owner Not do any service but put the money toward a new mower the repair would have been too costly for the age of the mower. The owner agreed and really appreciated it. At the end jason made out and printed from his truck a custom receipt for each person. I was very pleased wioth the entire process as were the neighbors who used him. Highly recommneded

it was too short but it worked great. I remember I thought they charged too much for a very little amount of work but they got it running and I could not. So I guess it was worth it.

Riding mower would not start. Showed up at the appointed time and took care of the problem.

This is the 3rd time I have worked with Jason at AJs. He assembled my new snow thrower 6 years ago. Then provided service when an obstruction broke a weld in the machine and this time for just for tune up for the winter, which I had not done for a couple years and hadn't ued it at all during that period. The work is always performed to my satisfaction. I will always give him 1st shot at my business, which is the highest praise I can give

We used AJ's Mobile Repair Service to fix our snow blower. He was prompt, informative, and fixed the problem at the price quoted. We would use his service again.

I originally left a message for this company, they didn't respond. When I called them again a few days later they stated they had been busy plowing snow and would call me back in 5 minutes. They never returned my call. I sent them a text message asking about service, no response. I tried calling them again today, no answer. My experience doesn't match what else has been written on this company.

After searching Angie?s List for a ?mobile? repair provider, I called AJ?s Mobile Repair Service to discuss the issues I was having with my Snow Blower. The vendor was highly rated, so I hopeful I would have a similar experience. I did. The tech came out that same day and provided excellent service and repaired my snow blower - Turn-up and fixed squealing belt. I?ve since recommended AJ to others and will use again when needed. Excellent work at a decent price.

It went great, as expected. I always call Jason whenever I have a tractor problem. He is responsive, professional, and honest. Problem solved.

Called ahead to give approx arrival time. Showed up, completed work, walked through repairs and basic operation of machine. AJ did a great job! I would give his company the highest possible rating. I do intend to recommend him to neighbors and other contacts.

We did recommend them to our neighbor and she was really happy with the service and they will use them again. They thought the price was very reasonable. We were going to use them but my husband was able to figure out the problem and was able to fix it. My husband talked to him and my husband liked him. He's friendly. They seem to be very honest and he seems to know what he's doing. I think they got there pretty quickly. We will use them.

Couldn't ask for a better experience. Answered my initial call, schedule appointment for following day, called the day of appointment to see if he could come by earlier than scheduled. He fixed all issues with both of my machines while educating me on proper storage and maintenance. Friendly, professional, quick, and easy. I will never lug my large equipment to a repair facility when AJs will come to me. I will gladly recommend AJs to everyone in need of small engine repair.

He and his assistant are amazing. Jason is Professional, Courteous, Communicative, Honest, and most of all does what he says at an incredible value....

It was fantastic. AJs made it easy - you didn't even have to be home - and professional.

I called last week and the appointment was made for Tuesday between 11 - 1 pm. Shortly after 11am Jason called and was at our home within 30 minutes. He took the mower into his truck and was done in less than an hour. The cutting deck now moves freely, oil replaced, new air filter, cables checked, deck cleaned, blades sharpened and the mower is all clean! This is the greatest service since sliced bread. No hauling the mower to a repair shop, waiting a week to get it back and then hauling it back home again. Worth every penny in time and agravation.

Jason showed up on time and had no problem with me meeting him a later than when he began working on the mower. He worked diligently for about an hour and rang the doorbell when finished. A pleasant encounter with positive results.
