Jason diagnosed the problem with each, and made the necessary repairs. I used the lawn vac the next day and it worked fine.

Went well. He showed up with his mobile shop and all his tools to do the work at my house. My other option was to put the mower in my car, drive 1/2 hour to another shop, leave it there for at least 2 weeks before they could do the job. I needed my mower working right away. Yes I'm happy with the service.

The lawn vacuum wouldn't start. He need to clean the carburetor for that. He did the work. I was happy with the price. Then when I mowed the lawn the self propel wasn't working properly and the engine power level wasn't strong enough to keep it running when mowing. I called him and he told me what to do on the phone and had it running properly in a few minutes. I plan to use him every year for this service.

I tried to call these guys and the voicemail box was full and there was no way to email them. They may be out of business

Called, explained my issue. He was very helpful, even though I didn't know too much, he helped me get him some information over the phone, we set up an appointment for him to come out and repair the snowblower (the carb had been leaking, and was causing a mess). He even gave me his plan for what would be done. I wasn't available the day of the appointment, but he was able to still come out and repair the equipment. I got a call a short time later, everything was done. This couldn't have been easier or more convenient, if anything happens to my snowblower in the future he will be the first call I make. Cost for service was very reasonable, I would not hesitate to use them again.

Excellent! He drives right up to the house, wheels the machine out to his repair "trailer" and does the work. Prices are competitive, work is done right every time. Personable and professional. Such a relief to not have to load the mower into the car each year, drive to a repair shop, and leave it for months. Everything is done right at your residence. I would highly recommend him for any mechanical repair or maintenance.

He arrived on time and took our mower out to his trailer where he tuned it up /sharpened the blade. It took about 20 minutes. It's a pretty young mower, so it was probably an easy job.

Excellent. Based on recommendations on a neighborhood NextDoor web site, I'd called Jason last fall when my tractor was leaking oil. It turned out to be a very minor issue (oil filter needed to tightened). He also did a quick examination of the engine and found nothing else remarkable. I asked him, while here, to sharpen the blade. He asked I'd still be leaf mulching; when I said yes, he said there was no point in o doing it then as it would only get dinged and dull from that. Told me to wait until spring, which I did. He charged me the minimum visit charge of, if I recall correctly, $90. Based on that experience, I scheduled a full spring tune-up which he performed today. New air, oil and fuel filters, oil change, lube and grease, cleaning of deck, sharpen blades, etc. Runs great and looking forward to a good summer season. Pleasant, professional, punctual and responsive. Excellent experience.

Jason showed up on-site as promised and took great care of my Toro snowblower which started leaking gas when I fired it up at the start of the season. He diagnosed and repaired the issue quickly, took the time to explain everything to me clearly, and also answered any question I had on how to prevent the issue from reoccurring. The convenience of having the repairman come to you is amazing. Jason is an extremely kind and knowledgable guy and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again for service in the future.

Set up an appointment and Josh was on time and very professional. His service was excellent. He tuned up seven mowers and he definitely knew what he was doing. My mower runs like new now. So glad I had Josh tune up my mower. All of my neighbors that had their mowers tuned up were also very happy with the service. Excellent!!

This is my second review. I used this service again and had another great customer experience. I described the problem over the phone. Jason stopped by, diagnosed the problem, and ordered the part. When the part arrived he returned, replaced spindle assembly, replaced the blades, leveled the deck, and inflated the tires. He charged me for replacing the spindle assembly and blades. With a level deck, new blades, and properly inflated tires, the yard has never looked better (even with all that broadleaf growing out there).

Extremely efficient process. Didn't have to worry about pick-up or delivery or hauling it somewhere. Didn't have to take off work. I told Jason where the keys would be and he did everything while I was at work. (without all the positive reviews on Angie's List I probably would have stayed home when the work was performed). Unfortunately for this job he had to order parts. When they arrived he called and scheduled a time to replace the carburetor, again while I was at work. When the job was finished he called me and we concluded the transaction over the phone. I came home to a working lawnmower! A few weeks later I saw Jason's truck and trailer at my neighbor's house so I went over to meet him in person. I discovered he's been servicing my neighbor's machines for years. Definitely will use him again and recommend his services to others.

Jason was professional, showed up when he'd said, serviced my lawnmower. Did a Great job and in less than an hour. Spark plug, air filter, oil, blade sharpened and cleaned. Has his own traveling work shop so weather and work space is no problem. Would give him 10 stars if I could!!!

He was prompt, professional, and a pleasure to work with. He tows his repair shop, which is completely self contained and clean, and in which he performs all his work. His advice is spot on.

I got in touch with Jason at AJ's on the first try. We agreed on the day and time as well as approximate price and he came to the house right on schedule. He tuned the engine, filled the tires, leveled the mowing deck, and sharpened the blades for $5 less than his original quote. I will definitely use his service again.

I was unable to be home for the repair appointment but they ask me to leave my tractor on the driveway so they could work on it. After the work was completed they called me and ask for my credit card number for the payment. They did a great job and the cost was a lot lower than what I would have paid to have my tractor hauled to a repair shop and fixed. I highly recommend AJ's Mobile Repair Service!
