Exceptional service. He was busy, but managed to work me in. Had to leave messages on his phone, but he always returned my calls promptly. He actually came to my house, which saved me the headache of trailering my mower to the shop. Fixed it in no time. Repair was simpler than expected, so the cost of repair was less than $100. Pretty decent for a house call.

Jason responded in a timely fashion to my phone message and I was able to schedule him within 10 calendar days. He arrived promptly after calling that he was on his way. He has his own trailer/repair shop and took the lawn mower inside and worked quickly. I utter lawn today and it works great . I highly recommend this business. It is worth every penny not to have to haul your lawn mower somewhere and be without it for a weeks while you await service.

We've had our lawn mower for about 4 summers and it was well over time for servicing. Jason scheduled a window to come out and do the work. He comes to you which is wonderful especially if you've ever tried to lug a lawn mower to a repair shop. Not to mention several of them (Sears included) send the equipment outside the store for the repairs anyway. Jason called the day he was scheduled and actually asked if he could come by earlier than expected. If you can't be home, he does suggest you can leave the equipment behind your house with a check for payment. Jason arrived with a trailer attached to his truck. The trailer is basically a mobile workshop for him. I was impressed. He took our lawn mower and in about 30-45 minutes completed the service. It included sharpening the blade, changing the oil, changing the oil filter and he took the time to clean up the mower and adjust the engine to make the mower operate better. We just used it for the first time since the service and everything is working almost as new. $98 is a trade off since a good new mower is about $300. Having the lawn mower serviced is obviously cheaper than a new mower and at least the old mower won't end up in a landfill yet. I will plan to call Jason again the next time we need servicing on the mower.

Pretty much did all possible maintenance on my 15 yr. old yard tractor. I was having a lot of problems keeping it running at the end of the fall season, frustrated trying to DIY my own repairs. Instead of trying to fix a 15 yr old carburetor, Jason advised just replacing it. It was the right call; otherwise I'd be wasting time/money chasing down gremlins. Very courteous, friendly and professional. Took the time to walk me through the problem and repair. He brings his mobile shop with him and within an hour he replaced the bad carb, added a fuel line shutoff I requested, changed the oil and filter, fixed an oil leak and greased some fittings. Runs like new! Good job Jason.

Great communication and quick response time. Drained excess oil, noted that I had water in the gas tank, changed the spark plug and it now starts on the first pull. The turnaround time was great and he as very easy to work with.

My push mower would not start after sitting for 1.5 years. Jason was able to fix it in about 30 minutes. Great service. The best thing is that he comes to your house and you don't have to drag your mower to a repair shop. I will definitely use AJ's again and recommend him to friends.

I called him once in late April to see if he could come to the house and evaluate our gas mower and gas riding mower and he said he could. He was polite, professional and answered his own phone on the 3rd ring. I said I'd call him back when I knew my husband's schedule. I called him back about 10 days later. Three times and each time I have gotten his answering machine. I have called him on 5/5/15, 5/7/15 and 5/18/15 and left messages each time and he has never returned my calls. I realize this is a busy time of year, but there is no excuse for this kind of treatment. He has gotten such glowing reviews I had really hoped this was going to work out, but clearly it isn't.

Jason arrived at the time specified. He conducted the repairs in his trailer just outside of my house. The repairs were terrific and he provided recommendations to help with longevity of my outdoor equipment.

My Lawn Boy lawn mower wouldn't start. I had changed the oil and put fresh gas in. Jason showed up right on time with his trailer. He checked the carburetor, the gas and oil. He discovered that I did not have the mulching cover on the back in properly. He snapped it in and it started right up. He then topped off the oil, changed the air filter and put in a new spark plug and cleaned it up with canned air. The whole thing took about 15 minutes. I asked him about annual servicing. He told me it is best to let the mower sit over the winter and give him a call in early March which I will certainly do. Jason really knows what he's doing and is a pleasure to do business with. I will recommend him to my friends.

What can I say? Punctual, Professional, Great Communicator, Great Interpersonal skills, got the job done very quickly, knows his stuff. If only every service provider was this good....

Jason arrived on time, took my lawnmower to his trailer and returned it to my garage clean and ready for mowing. He answered all my questions in a professional manner. He was very personable and respectful. I haven't started my lawnmower yet since I haven't needed to use it.

I gave Jason a call and since he was in the area, came within an hour and the mower was fixed and tuned up within 30 minutes. He was friendly and efficient and I will call him again the next time we are in need of these type services.

It went very well. He was able to come quickly. He comes to our house so we don't have to move the lawn tractor to their place to have it done. He's polite. He answers some other questions while he's there about my weed whacker. He was able to do it and schedule it quickly too which was good.

Very convenient. One of the features I liked about the service is that he came to the house so I didn't have to haul the mower and power washer off to be repaired. Both had been sitting for a few years, so they ended up needing to have their carburetors rebuilt, but worked great after AJ was done with them.

Jason showed up on time and fixed the snow blower and changed the oil for our lawn mower. Unfortunately, that same night, the fuel was leaking out of the carburetor. We called Jason and he came back the next day and added a fuel line with a valve to stop the leak. This versus buying a new carburetor and no leaks, and works like a charm! Thanks Jason for a job well done!!

My snow blower needed repaired and serviced. During the last snow of last year I hit something necessitating replacement of shear bolts which I did, but there was still an issue. I called Jason based on Angie's List reviews. Since the machine was so old, Jason came out to take a look. I didn't want to spend a fortune on an 11 year old machine. Fortunately there was no serious issue. He did have to straighten out one of the blades. He then got the part numbers for the belts which had never been replaced and ordered them. When he returned he replaced the belts and also cleaned out the carburetor. Sometimes you don't realize how rough something is running until it is sorted out. Jason is very professional from start t finish. Easy to schedule. Accommodating to your schedule and most importantly, does a good job of servicing the equipment.

Jason was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He called us to let us know what the problem was, gave us an estimate, order the part. When the part came in, he called us to let us know when he was coming out to fix the lawnmower. I loved the idea that he comes to the house to fix the lawnmower. Made it very convenient. If we had it picked up, it probably would have taken a couple of weeks to be fixed by someone else. Definitely will use Jason services again

Contacted provider and left voice mails requested lawn mower repair. Never returned phone calls. Do not waste your time with this company. Very unprofessional.

Service was provided on site. His arrival time was right on the money. Asked me out to inspect that both machines were working properly and returned them to the garage. Would recommend AJ's to anyone without reservation.

Great. Jason came to my house and repaired two lawn mowers that wouldn't start. He came the same day I called which is amazing. Most repair shops have a three week waiting list. Curious and professional.

AJ arrived at my house when he was scheduled to arrive. He called me about 30 minutes beforehand to let me know he was on his way. He has all his equipment on his trailer and he was ready to go when he arrived. The service took about an hour and the snow blower ran perfectly when he was done. He gave me some good tips on how to maintain my snow blower and keep it running. This service call was much better than the one Sears provided during the winter. I would use AJ for any small engine repair.

Called 2-3 times. Left messages. Nothing. It's a shame, we loved the service last year.

I called AJ about an estimate and he told me what his service would cost and it would do me better to try to order the part myself and put it on the machine. He even told me how to put the part on and a few tips. AJ seems like a guy who won't try to scam you out of your money. He was honest and forthright in his conversation with me and (most of all) tried to save me money. That's why he's an A in my book.
