Description of Work: Acme Stove enameled painted and installed our new gas fireplace in the basement. The work entailed coordination with the sheet-rock installer as well as the gas company. They were very patient, coming first to install the gas line and cut a hole in the wall for the venting. They had to return a month later to complete the job, after the walls were up and painted. They did a stellar job for us.

Description of Work: Went into the store to buy new fireplace doors because the screen was rusted. Manager explained how to replace the netted screen and sold me a replacement kit rather than new doors. Great service. Superbly honest!

+ -1 moreVery positive experience. Staff was helpful, answered all my questions, was able to put together a system to suit my needs. They have a great showroom, it really helps to see these fireplace inserts in person, not just look them over on the internet. Overall a very good experience. I would recommend them to all. Do not hesitate.
Description of Work: Purchased new gas insert for fireplace. Very nice showroom, knowledgeable staff. They were prompt, helped me decide what was needed. Ordered the insert and arranged for delivery. These are early days but so far I must say I am impressed. Had a very positive experience at Acme Stove.
