The list of items that you provide in your review is not accurate, our movers helped you move: sectional sofa of 3 items; king size bed of 10 items (which had to be disassembled and assembled); a large wardrobe (which had to be disassembled and assembled); 3 tall dressers (which had not been released from the clothes, movers had to took out drawers and move them separately to be sure that the dressers won't break); 2 night stands; 3 TV stands (one of them was with glasses, movers removed the glasses and wrapped in a blanket); chest-storage for toys; 2 band beds (which had to be disassembled and assembled, each consisting of three large items (cabinet, small dresser-locker), and 7 flat items, some of the screws were already missed, and in the rooms were already some items from the beds, which most likely weren't used); a bed for a newborn baby (rocking bed); washer and dryer (which had to be disconnected by using special tools, movers generally do not supposed to do such a thing, appliances must be disconnected and ready for transportation); patio table; 4 benches; 2 patio chairs; 4 oversize patio chairs, storage for garden tools (shed); small patio table; grill. 18' foot truck was full and movers asked your permission to put 2 items in your rental Uhaul truck because there was no space in theirs truck. Looks like that on your list of items missing 17 full items. 2. If you have provided a more complete list of items when booked this move, we would never had sent to you the team of 2 people. Movers moved your stuff from single family house to townhouse for such moves, we usually send at least team of 3 people. The fact that 2 movers had been able to carry you for 8.5 hours, not for 8 hours (they give you 30 min discount) is not bad, usually 3 person able to do similar moves for 5 - 7 hours. The movers worked without rest or stop, they took a break for lunch, this time they removed from your bill. One time they asked your permission for 2 minutes rest, but realizing that you not comfortable with it, they decided to abandon of this idea. 3. You indicated punctuality "C" means that movers came after the appointed time. We checked our emails with you and found out the following: it was stated that the team will arrive at your place between 9 - 10 am, here bring your response "Ok....we will be waiting for you around 10am!!!
