7 Movers

7 Movers assisted with my move last week. I have a 3x5 new rug that has gone completely missing, and also had an entire box of collectible mugs that was smashed to bits. I contacted 7 Movers via email, and despite previously being very responsive, they have neglected to respond to any emails, or provide me information on being reimbursed/filing a claim. I would absolutely never use them again and will continue reporting them until this issue is resolved.

This was a long distance move and it went incredibly well. Have used them since, have referred to family and friends, and will use them in the future!

I've used 7 Movers for 2 moves in the past 4 years and had an excellent experience both times. The movers, I wish I could remember their names, we professional and quite good at fitting everything in the truck securely. Everything made it from one home to the other in one piece. They were efficient and very clear about their pricing. They even had enough additional boxes and tape for last minute items I hadn't packed yet. I would definitely use their services again.

I have hired 4 moving companies in my lifetime. 7 Movers is by far the best moving company I have ever had business with. The owner of the company (Baha?) is an intelligent young man who exceeded all my expectations about the move. His company is not the cheapest company out there but without a shadow of a doubt, 7 Movers is worth every penny! His crew doesn’t waste their time as some other movers I have dealt with in the past. After they left, I checked all my furniture and surprisingly enough I couldn’t find any scratches as I always would with my previous moves. Overall, it was the smoothest move I have ever had. I have my friend moving the first week of December, who I already referred to 7 Movers! I would definitely hire them again.

The guys were great. On time and did a really thorough job. Would definitely use again.

Very punctual and very fast! Maybe a little bit too fast! Left part of dining room table at old residence. That was the only snafu!! They returned for it and came back and set the table up, no worries! Would definitely hire again!!

Wonderful. Three young men came and moved our heaviest furniture. They were hired for 3 hours because we were moving locally. They worked hard and consistently. I actually had them come back a few days later to help move remaining heavy items we were unable to fit in truck. It was less expensive hiring them for a few hours than it was renting the truck and doing it ourselves for some of the heavy items, and miscellaneous items. They were friendly, polite, and hardworking. Nothing broken, and care was taken with all our items.

The movers made the move without damaging any of my items.

Were careful and quick. Moved everything (furniture, rugs, appliances and boxes we had packed) to garage and back again at a later date -- twice. Quite amazing team of young men. Found them on Angie's and would definitely recommend to all and would hire again.

I used them last year when there was a coupon with Angie's list, I have to say they are GREAT! 3 men and a truck, finished my mom's one bedroom apartment move in 2 hours. Although distance wise the 2 locations are close, I was still amazed to see how efficient and processional they are. The price, even without the coupon is very reasonable and competitive to other movers. I referred them to my friends and got great feedback as well. We just used them again this past weekend, still amazing! Had some hiccups for the moving due to the destination building service elevator out of service, they still tried their best to get the move finished at their best effort! Will keep on referring them to my friends!

The team did an excellent job moving our belongings. They were even willing to stop by the weigh station before and after loading the truck to assist us with the information needed for our military relocation. Great service!

They were an hour late. They had dropped a couple of things on their way in. They didn't try to cover it up or anything. They did excellent work. The individuals were very professional. The company as a whole sent three people that day, which I only paid for two. They had expected, without checking with me, that I would need three. If they hadn't completed within the time frame they did, it would've cost me extra. It was just a little bit unprofessional, and the company was a little bit off. They need to check in with customers prior to the dates and asking more poignant questions. For instance, when they found out that I had a couch when they got there, I had told them that already, but they said they needed three people because of the size of the couch. They could be a little more upfront ahead of time and calling to check in with the customer to insure they get all of the details they can prior to arrival.

I had a very specific time frame, and they were able to squeeze me in. One of their movers injured himself on the previous job before mine. The owner personally came and replaced him causing not much of a delay. Work was good.

They were awesome. I just started a new job and I was unable to be there when they came to move our stuff, so my wife had to oversee the movers. They were very prompt and professional. This was my wife's first move (dealing with movers) and she loved how easy it was. They were clear about the charges from the beginning. I really appreciate the fact they didn't try to charge more money as another company did from Angie's List. I would highly recommend this company! I would definitely go with them again.

7 movers were able to schedule my job at the last minute, when I needed it done and to my complete satisfaction. They were very prompt, polite and professional. For my job they were exactly what I needed and did a great job. Their number will be the first called if I ever need movers again and I would absolutely recommend them to friends, neighbors and family. Thank you.

It was good. It was a positive experience overall. They arrived on time. The guys did move my items, we didn't have any major issues, the only problem is that it took a little longer to move, so I had to pay additional charges related to the move. They weren't awful, but they weren't amazing. They were good,. I like that they came on time,they moved all the items in one trip, they didn't have to make a second trip, and they moved in all the items without breaking anything. Nothing was broken, which is positive. I didn't have anything that I disliked outside of the additional charges. They were ok, I mean they came and they did their job, it wasn't like they were super friendly per say, but they were appropriate. They weren't angry or anything.

Baha and his team were excellent. For each move (there were 2) they arrived on time, moved the furniture professionally and quickly and very carefully. This was a phased move - the first move focused on moving some furniture from the 'for sale house' to a storage unit -- this was a smooth and efficient process. The next phase was to move the rest of the furniture from the 'sold' house and the furniture from the storage unit and then drive all of the furniture to Fayetteville NC. Great job!! I highly recommend this team and would definitely hire them for any future moves.

I recently purchased the "$320 for a 2-Person Moving Crew for 4 Hours, Including a 16' Truck" coupon for this company and I am certainly glad that I found them! Scheduling the time and day of the move via e-mail was fairly easy, as they were available the day we requested and we were able to work around their availability as they already had a morning move scheduled. On moving day, the company called me only fifteen minutes after the beginning of my arrival time window and let me know that they would be arriving at my storage unit within thirty minutes. They arrived right on time and got to work, loading everything from my storage unit into their 16' moving truck, wasting no time. While they were quick, they were also cautious, as there were no knicks or scratches on any of my furniture upon unloading. They finished loading within 45 minutes, and we went off to my new home to start unloading. They unloaded with as much speed as the initial load, only this time they had to deal with some stairs. They were mindful of asking where unmarked boxes should go and took the time to figure out how to manage moving things up and down our narrow staircases. The entire job, from start to finish, was finished in about three hours. I would definitely use this company's services again and would recommend them to anyone looking for movers in the Northern VA area.

We were very satisfied! From scheduling to the end of the service, everything was very professionally handled. They were puncture, and called 30 minutes prior to arrival as promised. Although we only had one bedroom + living room stuff to move, they were quick, extremely efficient. I will definitely use them again and refer to my friends.

It went great. I was overwhelmed. They handled all my things with care as if they were their own. Items were packaged/shrink wrapped well. They wasted no time starting and worked continously and professionally. I will definitely rehire when I buy a house and move again!!!

Crew was happy to do as told and helped disassemble and reassemble two beds. Would definitely recommend them.
