Great company. Masood was able to price match another quote we got from a different company and was available to install the new carpeting in just 3 days. We had to reschedule their work twice due to delays in the construction but Masood remained very understanding and friendly (he even gave us his personal cellphone number). The work was done very fast, they crew cleaned the site very well and the room looks great!

The new floors look great. It was a really tough job given the condition of the underlying plywood but they made it work.

Mr. Massod was a pleasure to work with. His old world manners was a breath of fresh air after dealing with other companies that could take a lesson in professionalism. He came to our home with a variety of samples for us to choose from. He guided us in the different types of carpet and was patient while we make our decision. Mr. Massod was very accomodating when we we had to change the installation date due to a conflict in our schedule. The crew came on time and worked quickly and quietly. Quality of work was excellent. The installers were prompt and very professional. Pricing of the job was much better than the price that I was quoted by Lowes. The owner was very flexible with installation as we were also working around having new windows installed and wanted the windows to be installed before any of the flooring. We were looking for an inexpensive Berber to replace our old carpet in our townhouse before selling our house. We had also looked at Lowe's which we had used to do our hardwood flooring a few years ago. D and S had more selection and beat Lowe's prices.

Called the contractor over for recommendations on what and how much to replace, as carpet had aged, and also provide pricing estimate. He came with samples which we weren't too excited about, yet had him provide a quote. He promptly returned another time with more samples, and worked with us very patiently until we were satisfied with the sample, color and quality. We were quite particular about the color and quality of carpet as we needed to match existing carpet sections that were not being replaced. The seller was very flexible about scheduling an installation when we needed it. He did not try to oversell, and in fact talked us out of replacing a section of berber carpet that we were thinking of replacing, thereby reducing our overall expense. Installers arrived on time, performed installation to our satisfaction. They were courteous about our furniture, moved it themselves while handling it with care. Later we had a few issues that needed sorting out (carpet was bubbling up in a couple of places) - for which they promptly returned and fixed at no cost.. as the installation included 1 year labor warranty.
