Description of Work: Remove five large mature trees and additional pruning. They were very professional and worked several days to complete the job. While they were not the cheapest estimate we received, we felt like they would do a good job. We were happy with all of the work they did and the three person team did a great job. They also did a great job of cleaning up.

Description of Work: They were very professional. I had wanted a cable between the two trunks of the tree so it would not split and hit the house. They put in the cable such that I have to look hard to see it. Well done. Cleaned out low hanging branches and got other branches away from the house. Good job.

Description of Work: I asked for a consultation to see whether or not my maple tree needed trimmed. We could not schedule a time when I was home, but we communicated well over email and Bonnie came out to look at my tree. She was very knowledgeable and responsive in emails. I would definitely select Care for Trees again!

Description of Work: Never got beyond the estimate phase with this company. It took 48 hours for them to respond to a request for an estimate and stated that it was Angie's List's fault due to a technical error in the E-mail system. Finally was able to schedule someone to come to my property to assess work on the trimming/removal of 4 medium to large trees and was told than an estimate would be e-mailed to me. After waiting 4 days I called the company that claimed that an estimate had been emailed and to check my SPAM folder. After checking the SPAM folder, there was no such estimate. They gave a price of $3000.00 over the phone and said they'd email the estimate again, which never came. This is not a case of an incorrect email address either since I did exchange emails with them prior to the visit to my property. Needless to say, they never did any follow ups and I guess do not need my business. Also, I felt the estimate was a bit high. Not impressed.
