Description of Work: Pumped out septic tank. Added bacteria. Checked flow from toilets to septic tank. They arrived when they were scheduled. They explained what they were doing and put everything back in good order before they left. I received a $25 discount for finding they on Angie's list.

Description of Work: Changed bathroom faucet. Went well, just shocked on cost for work and felt I had no choice but pay the fee.

Description of Work: They responded promptly when first contacted in December to provide an estimate. The office staff kept us informed each step of the way. The workers were skilled, polite, and pleasant in spite of harsh conditions (very cold). They completed the work within weeks of first contact and worked well with us to protect garden beds they had to negotiate to install the D-Box. I would re-hire them in a heartbeat.

Description of Work: I had a stopped up drain in my basement bathroom and the water had flooded the floor. The serviceman came out in the evening, therefore charging me more, and told me that the septic tank was full and needed to be emptied and that he could do nothing. I called another service and they came and found a blockage in the line from something that had been dropped into the toilet (probably a child's toy). They spent many hours at night and cleaned it out. The septic tank was not full and did not need emptying. I felt very 'ripped off".
