They called ahead to see if they could come earlier than the appt time. Everything was done in a reasonable time and they were very efficient. I have been a customer of theirs for several years and have always been pleased with their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The service is really good but they are very expensive. I had to wait two days for them to come out to do the work but they did arrive on time for the appointment. They know what they are doing and are knowledgeable. They followed up to make sure I was satisfied. I was just unhappy about the price.

Sometimes non-experienced technicians come out to the home and can not fix my problem. Scheduling was fine and they arrived on the time for the appointment.

They arrived on time and they did a great job. They were responsive to my calls and they were able to come out within a day of me calling. There were two technicians that came out to do the work and it took about 4 hours to complete.

They are always excellent. The technician I always like to use, Jacob, really goes the extra mile. He is very knowledgeable and polite. They take personal interest in their work. They are a Christian company so I really like to deal with them and I know they will treat their customers properly. They give us great advice and things we can do on our own if they can not come out right away. They are very responsive to my calls and they are accommodating to my schedule. They are very credible company and reliable to use.

They do good work. Scheduling goes well and I do not have any problems and they show up on time for the appointment. They follow up after the jobs to make sure I am satisfied. Their prices are comparable to other companies.

They were great......showed up several hours early and called to make sure it was OK to come early. they checked to see what the problem was and if there were any other issues created by this problem such as flooring. I had another plumbing come out 4 times.....and each time they seemed to cause problems and it just kept getting worse. I think from what I was told the "other" plumbers are what probably caused the problem I had. My flange was broken and needed repairing, theflange was broken from tightening the bolts to tight.for me this has turned in to a very expensive lesson to be careful who you ask to fix problems in your house.

While having new flooring installed throughout my home, the flooring contractor pulled the upstairs toilets. What he found was mold from previous leaks (which I had repaired a while back) but at one the floor had rotted out all around the drain. The flooring contractor could not continue until I had the bad flooring replaced so it was an emergency. I purchased two new toilets and after the floor was repaired Colonial Plumbing sent two plumbers to install the toilets. We had been without these toilets for almost a week and we were so very happy to have them installed. They worked quickly and I was pleased with the promptness and their willingness to help in my desperate time. They went out of their way to get someone here. The only drawback was that I paid substantially for this service. The price was what I consider high but then again, I was in a bind and they met my need.

They were very knowledgeable and kind. They ran about an hour late to my appointment time, but I was called and updated. Very good experience and I will definitely use them for all my plumbing needs.

The installation turned out good, but the tile person had to come back multiple times to get the job done right. I was overall pleased with the job finished, but the experience could have been better.

Work only took about an hour, and they checked under the rest of the house to confirm no other interior leaks. Prompt and courteous, and offered some suggestions for ways to repair the exterior leak ourselves. Will definitely call again!

The representatves arrived when expected and were courteous and professional. This prices quoted seemed high and I opted to not have them do the work. I took care of one of two plumbing issues with the help of a friend and have not decided whether or not I will replace the garbage disposal which has a dead motor.

I called Colonial Plumbing and Heating for a cost estimate of the job. There was a site visit followed by an estimate. The guys came out and ran the line needed for both the fireplace and the kitchen stovetop. That was done prior to the stove installation as we requested. After the line passed inspection they returned to connect the line to the stove. We did not connect the fireplace as we were replacing it. The crew did not have a lot of room in the base cabinet under the cook top but worked until they had the gas shut off in a place that did not require altering the drawers. Thanks Jacob for giving it the extra time required! The venting of the exhaust hood was challenging and required constructing an "L" shaped duct piece to shift the venting to line up with centering the new hood between the wall cabinets. Jay and his crew did an amazing job and ended up saving us from having to vent through the roof.

They did a very good job and it didn't take them long when they actually got started, although it took a three appointments to get them to start and complete the job due to sending out a couple of different people. The first time they didn't have enough time to complete the job even though it was 1:30pm when they came and it only took them about 3 hours to do the actual work. The second time another crew came out and they didn't have what they needed to complete the job (appliance flow rates vs. pipe diameter). The third time they sent the first crew back. The dispatcher was very apologetic and congenial--but I was annoyed to keep having to make another appointment and pay what I thought as a rather steep price for the time it took and work involved, but they did an excellent job and were very good and friendly.

Other people told me I had anywhere from $800-$2000 worth of plumbing repairs that I needed on the house. Colonial came out and they checked my complete plumbing system all over the house and they could find nothing wrong. They let me know if I had any problems to give them a call right back. I called them at 9 am and they came right out by about 10:30 am. I wanted to call Angie's List and tell them how pleased I was with this company! I would use them again in the future!

The guy fixed it, and didn't charge me more than $50. He was really thorough. He took his time. He was very polite. I would use him again.

They were excellent. They are reliable and professional. They always give me an estimated cost. They are always on time and are very clean.

They had great reviews on Angie’s List. They did a great job. Our experience with them was excellent. We were very satisfied. I think we spent $800. It was very reasonable for what they did. It was a major deal. It was a ballpark that we were looking for, so we were very satisfied with it. We haven’t had any trouble since they have been here. We would absolutely use them again in the future.

I didn't spend a whole lot. I've been using them since at least 2006. They do the work and they are efficient and polite. They clean up their mess. Their prices are pretty good. It is good quality work and you have to pay for good quality work. They are pretty responsive. I used them in 2006 because I had a contractor that was doing kitchen work and putting in a sink. They didn’t do the plumbing work so I had to get Colonial to come in and do the plumbing rough out on real short notice. They did that very quickly. They are pretty punctual and very professional. I would use them again.

Everything has gone well. They come out on time and do a good job. I contacted them recently for a new heat pump for an addition to my home.

They did the job for what they said they would do it for and they did it well.

I spent about $80 on that work. My experience with them was fine. I think they were a little pricey.

Company came out the same day for the free estimate, and it was lower than the competing estimates we received. Our previous history with this company had been hit or miss, but this repair went great. They were on time for the repair and estimate, scheduled us two business days from the estimate, completed the repair effectively and were very professional.
