"Basement Project We absolutely love our new basement! I was very nervous when selecting the contractor for this job. I interviewed three contractors for the job, all seem very decent, but what set Best Home apart was Jeff Segovia. He designed the whole layout of our basement (we love it) and oversaw the entire project from beginning to end. The construction crews were very polite and friendly. Best Home did an excellent job and very flexible with many changes I had and they completed the job on time (took 3 months and exactly 1 week)which was amazing. I am actually hiring them again for additional projects. I highly recommend Best Homes!"

"Waited a year to post a review (never no if things turn bad later). All in all, had a very good experience during the 'pandemic' era. Farzan was a great point of contact, and they were quick to address a few small problems that I noticed afterward (one of the installed floor planks had a crack, for example) with no additional charges. They finished our basement remodel (adding a shower, painting, removing old rugs, installing new wood/stained stairs, etc) within a week of their original estimate, so definitely points for that. Prices were reasonable compared to other estimates as well-"

From the start we were really impressed with Daniel and Erika and their friendly, down-to-earth demeanor, and their intentionality to listen to our thoughts and show us the overwhelming options. "I just had Potts Brothers redo my bathroom and basement, and honestly, they killed it. The whole process was super easy, and the results are amazing. Youssef and Peter were awesome to work with. Youssef helped me figure out the design and had some great ideas that made everything look even better than I imagined. All of the employees were professional, and skilled, and left my house clean after each task.
