"Matt came out and set up an annual contract for landscaping with a schedule for what was done each month($450/mo). They came out to mow twice in October then I never heard from them again! Except to receive a monthly invoice. I was supposed to get yard cleanup and two leaf cleanups between the end of October and December. When I received the December invoice I asked the office manager why I had not received my services for November. She said she would look into it and have someone get back to me. A week later, (12/15), I still had not heard back from anyone. I canceled my contract with them and all future work and I still never heard a word from them. Zero attempts to rectify the situation or to apologize. I do not understand how they can still be in business if there are other clients who have been treated this way!"

"Cristobal Palencia did an excellent job of organizing the work and keeping me informed on any issues that might change during the approximately one week total that it took to do the job. The cost was very competitive with other companies I had quote me for the work done and the progress was quite fast and well done. the work crew showed up on a timely basis and did the work well and quickly, the only issue were some very minor communication issues, but nothing of consequence, they did a very good job and covered the roof for protection and to make clean up easier and it looked great when they were done. I am a big DIY person, so I hire very few professionals, but this job was too big and up on the roof for me to do, and Palencia Masonry did a spectacular job in a very timely manner and at a very reasonable cost, I would definitely use them for masonry work in the future. Now, we will have to see how the job weathers over time, but I great confidence that it was done well and will last. The only issue was a minor problem with the existing chimney flashing which accidentally got pulled back during the work, but it won't be hard to fix, and I just mention it for reference, so don't let that stop you from calling Cristobal for your project, he and his crew did a really great job."

He explained what happen and why there was a time gap in between unfinished work and completion. He feathered the wall and now the door closes completely. Mr. Charles, honored his work. "Ryan and the team at Delightful Gardens was fantastic. We got a few quotes/designs for a backyard project (tearing down an old deck and trying to do something with an area where grass would not grow). Ryan easily came up with the best design, and the price was very reasonable. Once the actually work started, things went very smoothly, and Ryan kept us up to date along the way of any delays (weather for example). We fell in love with his design for our area, and the finished job exceeded even what we imagined. The crew doing the actual install were very friendly, and cleaned up nicely after each day. Everything we experienced with Delightful Gardens is the exact opposite of every other contractor we have worked with. Such a pleasant experience all around. You can't go wrong with these guys.
