The experience was professional and the technician was great will use again he arrived just as he said he would less then 2 hours got the job done repairs on our thermostat and replace it my heat is just excellent Thank you again Mr. Mike oh very educated on heating and cooling as answered all my questions. It was AWFUL. I filed a claim with my warranty company and this is who came out. It was the DEAD of winter and I can see my breath in my house. I take care of an elderly parent who requires a wheelchair and dialysis. He told me it would be 3 days before he could get out to assess my heat, this was Feb. 28. March 3 came, he assessed my heat and told me he was ordering a part and I havent heard from him since. There was an appointment set for March 10 for him to come and repair my unit, when he didn't show, I called to check the status and he told me he forgot and he had a tooth procedure but that the part hasn't come in yet. Its been almost 14 days. It is 30 degrees in my house right now. I called to get an update this morning, March 14 and got a message that at the subscribers request, the number isn't taking any incoming calls. I have no idea who to call, where the part is, when he's coming, and my heat is still out. The MOST unprofessional outfit I've EVER experienced. Do NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. I paid the service fee. THEY CHARGED ME TAX ON MY SERVICE FEE!!!!!

WORK WENT GREAT, I ORDERED THE WRONG PART, HOWEVER, MR. MIKE WENT A GOT THE RIGHT PART AND INSTALLED IT FOR ME.

It went very well.

I would recommend Mike to others needing handyman work done. Mike removed 3 ceiling fans, installed 1 ceiling fan and installed 2 light fixtures for me. Communication was easy and the jobs were done well. Thanks Mike!

They did an excellent job. I am highly pleased he is very efficient and they have a fair price.
