Crockett has different crews for different operations. That is painting, roofing, siding and decking. Each crew was professional, competent, totally trustworthy. They liked my dog who is "overly friendly" and they were friendly to him as well. Mr crockett was very helpful in working with my insurance company, ensuring that they understood the magnitude of the job and that they covered the work that was done. This was a HUGE benefit and his experience in dealing with my insurance company was a big factor. All the work was expertly done. The parts of the deck that were repaired look great. The siding that was replaced looks like new and the roofing, the big job looks wonderful. The exact tiles that were put on the house when it was built are no longer manufactured. They were able to find an exact match, even though it was not the exact same manufacturer. Their experience showed. I then negotiated a fair price for them to do non insurance work, exterior painting. Different crew, same excellent results. Same excellent service and professionalism. I also asked them to do a couple of other, minor things that i had not asked for initially. I didn't notice them initially. Small things, but important to me. I did not have to "renegotiate" and then pay more for the extra that they did. Good work, done professionally and with a smile. And they like my dog.

Price was THREE times what it should have been. I assume they do good work, but it must be plated with gold.

We had a small repair job, the wind had blown off a couple of shingles. We called four repairmen who didn't bother to reply, the job was too small. I checked Angie's List & called Crockett, tehy told me it might be a while but they would come out. One sunday they called, came out & made arrangements for the repairs. Thanks Angie's List!

The replace of the fan switch on the ceiling fan unit went smoothly and quickly and professionally. As always, with Crockett Home Improvement, the work is quality, the workers are respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable. What has always impressed me about the service from Crockett Home Improvement is the respect the workers have for Mr. George Crockett and how he hires and keeps employees that treat customers the same way he treats them, with respect. Crockett Home Improvement does not just want your money or your business, they want your respect and will provide the quality work to earn that respect. That is why I will always use Crockett Home Improvement for wany work on my home. They will always be the first ones I call. No one should ever have any work done on their property without first getting a quote from Crockett Home Improvement. They will most likely not be the cheapest, nor will they be the most expensive - they will always provide quality work and stand by that work and fix anything that goes wrong (which it hardly ever does).

The estimate was for $7,000 when we could have gotten them done for $3,300. The bathroom estimate was $14,000. I even told them we would do the demolition. I don't think they wanted the job. People should get more than one estimate before considering this company. The owner was very arrogant. I had gotten ReBath for an estimate and this company wanted to know what the other company's estimate was for. I refused and he told me his estimate would be much more than my previous estimate. It took a month and a half for them to give me an estimate. I would not use them in the future.

The day after the estimate the roofing crew showed up at about 10:00am, after they put the finishing touches on a nearby job. They were finished and cleaned up by 7:30pm! The asphalt crew was there the same day and resurfaced the driveway. Within a little over two weeks they did the following:. 1 New roof 2 New vinyl facia and gutters 3 New vinyl ceiling on back porch, carport, and front overhang on entrance 4 New 16 ft underground run-off drains from the gutters (on in the front, and one in the back) 5 12 new windows, including a picture window for the living room After all the work was done, Mr Crockett came to the house to check everything and make sure my parents were happy with the work. Kudo's to Mr Crockett, and thanks from all three of us daughters. If I could give him an A+ I would!

I am very happy with Crockett Home Improvement, Inc. and Mr. George Crockett. In a little over a week after email contact, my job was completed--as described and on time. Communication via email and phone was excellent--from the staff and Mr. Crockett himself. I am very happy and definitely recommend this company. They provided excellent, timely work at a fair price. I will certainly use this company in the future.

.A very smooth, well done project from start to finish. Crockett staff seems very devoted to doing quality work. We were extremely pleased with the job they did. They always came when promised, were very good at communicating their plans and schedule, and were very nice to deal with. They also did a good job of clean up. It is a pleasure to recommend Crockett Home Improvement.

The roof shingles were missing from the roof after two strong thunderstorms hit the area. I called them to come give me an estimate on the work that was needed to be done. They were responsive and explained that they had a lot of people call with similar issues and it would take a few days to come over and look at the roof. They actually came and looked at the roof on Saturday to give me a quote for the repair. They were responsive to my request and also gave me a quote for replacing the roof since my roof is getting close to the end of its life. The work was performed quickly. They were professional and easy to deal with. The roof looks good so far and I certainly hope that it will last through any thunderstorms in the near future. You might be able to find someone cheaper to do the work but I would definitely recommend from a quality and professionalism standpoint.

The team that was sent to me was a father and son team. George came out and gave an estimate. The next day he sent out the father and son team, they came out very promptly and performed the work very nicely. They worked very hard and had excellent service.

I am extremely happy with them. George Crockett is the owner. He is an extremely nice man with extremely nice employees. He is knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anybody in the entire world. I can't say enough about him or Crockett Home Improvement. He has done so much in this house and he knows that he has earned my loyalty. When I need a roof I will go through him. He is a little expensive but I get what I pay for. It is quality, quality work. If it isn't done right or to my satisfaction, he will come back and fix it. I've never had that happen. It is good quality work that is done right the first time and I don't have to worry about it. I will pay a little bit more but it is definitely worth it. I will continue to use him even if my life depended on it. He has also done plumbing but that has been a while.

At the beginning of May a roofer working on the house next door told me he saw a spot on our roof where shingles were loose. He showed me a photo. Two and a half years ago Crockett replaced a back portion of the roof (not where the loose shingles were) and some rotten wood and did an excellent job. At that time I told the CEO George that I would remember them when it was time to get the rest done, so I went to their website and emailed him the next week. He replied and came by the same evening to look at the roof and emailed me an estimate the next day. They were offering a free ridge vent with a complete roof job, which we received as part of the work they did. By the end of the week a five man crew had replaced the rest of our roof in one day! Several days later I spoke with George after one of his crew told me George was going to replace the front gutter cover which had come off during the job. He said he was going to put a better quality cover on the gutter free of charge since we have been good customers. This was done by the next weekend by the same workers who picked up roofing nails around the yard with their magnetic tool. I was as happy this time with their work and professionalism as before, and I would not hesitate to give them more business!

They were very prompt and conscious about cleaning up after themselves.

It went very well from the quote to the clean-up. These folks are pros!

I do not see myself ever contacting this company again for any of my future needs.

We had an immediate response to our initial call for the estimate. Mr. Crockett came the same day and emailed the estimate that evening. Work was scheduled for the following week and everything was completed in 8 days! We could not be more pleased with the quality of work or the quality of service. Mr. Crockett has a wonderful crew of guys that work for him. They come early, stay late and do a great job. There is no detail too small. We will definitely use Crockett Home Improvement for all of our future needs and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They are the absolute best !!!!!

I would definitely hire them again for future home improvements.

Today a piece of our siding on top of our house came loose and was flapping back and before. I was afraid it would fly off and hurt someone. I looked on your list, because I have just joined your service. I saw all the good things about Crockett Home Improvement and decided to call them. They called me back in about 1/2 hour and came to my house immediately. The old piece of siding was removed and replaced with a new piece that was cut to fit my house. I was well pleased with their service. I give them an A+. I would definitely use them again whether it be a small or large job. Josephine Cotroneo.

Work was done on time. Extra care was shown to repair wall when expended outlets required enlarging existing holes in wall. Repairs were very good.

Mr. Crockett responded extremely quickly to my initial phone call. I had an estimate the next day. His crew was there very soon after to complete the repairs. The quality of the work was great, the professionalism of the staff was great, and all work was done promptly. The thing I am most impressed with about Mr. Crockett and his staff is that it is obvious and apparent that they know what they are doing, and they care about the work they are doing. They are professionals. You get the vibe that they are doing the same quality work they would do if it were their own house, and they care about your satisfaction as a customer. I would not hesitate to contact them again for future projects.

We could not be more pleased with the new sunroom. George(President/Owner) is involved in the process from the beginning to end. Communication is excellent. I emailed George on a Thursday about my intentions of converting my screen porch to a sunroom. George came out, surveyed the area, made some great suggestions and I received his bid 2 days later. The project started 2 days after that. Now that's service! This is my second project with Crockett. ( Bathroom remodel last year). His workers are professional, punctual and keep the work area clean. The workmanship is excellent. George takes an active role thoughout the process making sure everything is progressing to the homeowners satisfaction. Both projects we've done with George turned out beyond our expectation. We will continue to use Crockett for all our improvement needs and would recommend him and his company highly.

Had some loose/missing roof shingles, Mr. Crockett answered my call personally and had men on site within 3 days for the repair. I believe they typically handle more remodeling type business but they're more than capable of some quick home repairs at reasonable cost. Probably not the cheapest in town but the quality of work is good.

I called for an estimate and they were extremely prompt. It was only two days before the price estimate cam back. We agreed quickly and happily on the price. The work was done on time, was done by professional, kind craftsmen, and we are quite happy with the overall experience
