Called after hours, Wanda on the phone was sweet and wonderful, sent Charles out quickly to fix the heat at my daughter's townhouse. Only cost a little extra for after hours, I was impressed. He called me to let me know he was on his way, so polite & friendly. Found out it was a fuse instead of what we thought was a broken thermostat. Searched the unit to see if there were any other problems. Couldn't believe how nice they were and accommodating for last minute and after hours! Price reasonable too. HIGHLY recommend!!! Will use them again.

The cleaning made the furnace run again but some duct work needed replacing so they came back and the work went well.

Workers arrived on time, gave me a quick estimate. I agreed to price and they started work. They actually finished an hour earlier than expected. This lowered the price a lot. Work looked very professional and area was clean.

When i called Blue Ridge I offered to have the tech come by at the end of the day, as he lived near by. He showed up at the appointed time, on his way home. I described the problem while he was in his truck. Five minutes later the drain was fixed and he was gone. Five minutes work, scheduled for his convenience, yet I was given a $125 bill, which I had to pay. I called Blue Ridge the next day and was told I'd have to talk to the owner. I finally got him on the phone (he never returned my calls). No one had bothered to brief him on my issue, so he was unaware of the circumstances but simply blew me off. Basically he said that I could take my business elsewhere, which I did.

Arrived on time, installed everything in a timely manner and cleaned up in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend--Excellent work.

Person arrived in the interval given (a two hour band), explained what he was going to do, met with us to discuss what he found (no problems) and explained what he had done to maintain. Person (Chris) was very professional. Answered all our questions and offered possible solutions to dust and allergy problems. Promised to send prices for one of the solutions that seemed to work for us.

Very well; the technician was on time, thorough, and answered all my questions. He found parts that needed to be replaced and showed them to me as well as explained why they should be replaced at this time.

The guy tried to figure it out for 1 - 2 hours and couldn't figure it out (he said he never had seen an Ecobee, although when we called they said they work on Ecobee). He did use two wires that weren't used for the thermostat and hooked them to the humidifier. He couldn't get it working. After he left I fiddled with the wires on the humidifier and got it to work.

They kind of rescued us and had it done. No problems at all. I didn't really have any context for price. It was just one of those things you had to do. I don't have an memory of thinking Oh My God, that's outrageous. We didn't really have a choice. I didn't get to shop around because it sort of just died on us. Their responsiveness was really good. They were fine.

The installation was done excellently by the Blue Ridge Heating & Air techs. They were courteous, efficient, hardworking, and did a great job for us. The only issue we had wasn't with them, it was with the scheduling between the propane provider and them. Lowes should have acted as a better general contractor as far as being the project coordinator since it was Lowes through which we had purchased the generator and the Rinnai system and they set up the installation. (The $12000 project cost listed above includes both the purchase of the generator and Rinnai system and their installation. The propane company's charges were extra.). I had to make a lot of phone calls to the propane company because of scheduling issues regarding filling the tanks and getting the inspections done so that the Blue Ridge Heating & Air techs could get their final work done. The tanks were locked, so they couldn't finish up until the propane tech made his final inspection and did his leak-testing. The whole process took longer than had been promised when we signed the contract with Lowes. Again, Blue Ridge Heating & Air was great. It was the scheduling between the two companies that was the problem. Lowes should have been more proactive in this regard.

All materials provided as agreed and installed meeting, and in some ways exceeding, expectations. Neat and orderly describes the work space and the resulting installations. Second floor installation required access through main entrance, up main stairway and working in a carpeted area. Great care was taken to protect the flooring etc. Technicians were well trained, cordial, and completed the work in a professional manner. Final cost was not different from the original proposal.

from the time the salesman came to do the estimate to the final inspection everyone was professional.they arrived at the appointment time and the work was done in a timely manner.Josh and Justin were excellent in the knowledge of the equipment that they installed and did answer all my questions and showed me the gauges and the operations of them and what to look for if the unit was not running correctly.I know they traveled a distance as far as mileage but did not complain about the time it took to get to my home.I am very happy with the products that were installed.

My parents were pleased with their 22kW generator purchase and install from this company two years ago, so I asked for a quote from Blue Ridge. It was $900 less expensive than others I got, so I went with them. I'm a military veteran and get a 10% discount at Lowe's, and Blue Ridge agreed to match the Lowe's generator price. I have LP gas, so preferred a smaller 11kW backup generator to conserve fuel. Because it only took one installation day for my parents' system (with 4 crew), I assumed it would be the same for me. It wasn't. I had a 2-man crew, and it took 2-1/2 days--last half day because the installers didn't have the right wiring connector on their truck (and my house is over an hour from their business). We also had to wait about 3 hours after job completion for the county inspector, but the job passed easily. I have two 200-amp breaker boxes, but only connected one to this generator. I also had the installers swap one circuit breaker (for A/C unit) from the non-backed-up panel box to the backed-up one, which they happily and quickly performed. Installation crew were very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Their salesman and telephone receptionist were also very pleasant. Of all the companies I've dealt with in my house construction over the last two years, this one ties for top honors.

They did an excellent job, providing a detailed list of what was reviewed and the status of each item, offering us the option of what to fix and what to wait on and providing pricing for each. A problem with the thermostat occurred less than a week later and they returned very quickly and fixed the problem at no additional labor cost.

Arrived early and worked steadily until job completed.

New thermostat at first seemed to solve our problem, but furnace still comes on and stays on once in awhile, but ess frequently than with the old thermostat.
