Great they work efficiently they called me they kept me in a loop on what they were doing very professional and polite they cleaned up after themselves.

Lucas and Nathan(HVAC), Neal and Seth(Electrical) all did and excellent job. They were professional, knowledgeable and completed the job in a timely manner. They also answered any questions asked and cleaned up as they went along. Would definitely recommend.

Lucas and Nathan were prompt, professional and efficient installers. They installed the new HVAC system over two days, and communicated with me as needed throughout the project. They added pvc sleeves on the lines from the outdoor units to keep my dogs from chewing on the foam insulation. They also answered all my questions about the new system. Great experience. Overall excellent company and installers! Highly recommended.

These folks are awesome! My 23 year old Trane (was also from Blue Ridge) heat pump died. They had me an estimate within the week, thank you Dewayne. They came out sooner than scheduled, installed the Trane heat pump, air handler, and new thermostat. Luke and Lucas were very professional and personable. They even went above and beyond putting up with my big dog ❤

Outstanding. Blue Ridge called day before appointment as reminder. Technician (Kevin) arrived on time as appointed and fully prepared including COVID safety mask. He was a wealth of technical information applying to present maintenance needs and suggestions for future system upgrades if required. He used his time very efficiently while engaging in tech conversations. I would recommend BR H&A to all family and friends alike.

Absolutely the best job one could imagine. Took three days to complete the install. Seth and Neal were fantastic and extremely helpful. Job site was immaculate when job finished.... even painted the pipes to match color of the house. Explained workings well and both were extremely polite through all of our questions. Hired them on the spot to maintain unit and other Heating/Cooling systems on a yearly basis.

1. I received an estimate of $17,400.00 as the bottom-line, all-in price, from Jeff, on July 31. We discussed pro and cons, and also the limitations of a generator. The recommendation was the largest Generac at 22KW. It would be at least a month before they could start and someone would come out to get a better idea of all the materials needed. At this point the idea was to bury the tank in a sloped area near the garage. 2. 9/9 James came by to scope out tank locations and what that would mean in terms of materials needed. We had very good discussions about a buried tank, which was going to be difficult in our very rocky and sloped environment, and ended up with generator and above-ground tank a pretty good distance from the house (approximately 140 feet). A good solution with less noise for us and good access for (re-) filling the tank. He promised installation beginning 9/15. From 9/15 (as promised) until 9/25 work was performed diligently by Neal, Seth, and Hayden, every day except 9/24 because the final inspection could not be done that day. One day they even worked in the rain to remove or chip away at rocks in the ditch that brings the electrical power into the house. Everyone was very response to my questions and very professional overall, with quality installation as a result. I was given a demo about how everything worked in the case of power failure, so I'd have an idea of the sequence of events and sounds that would go with that. We are completely satisfied with all aspects of this project.

The two technicians were knowledgable, very competent, and professional. They carefully explained everything they did. When they were done they explained how things worked and how to maintain the system. They cleaned up everything before they left. We are very happy with the quality of the equipment and the quality of their craftsmanship.

Very pleased with Blue Ridge Heating and Air! From start to finish they were timely, professional, and did a great job. Hayden and Aaron installed our heat pump and air handler. Could not have asked for a better crew of experience. Look forward to working with Blue Ridge Heating and Air more in the future!

It was a very excellent installation. All work was successfully completed exactly as stated beforehand. Chandler and Nathan worked fast, cleanly and in an excellent manner. All work passed inspection without qualification. I have absolutely no hesitation to highly recommend the company and it’s workers.

Very well. Started out with Lowe's and they subcontracted the job. First visit: representatives (who thoughtfully wore masks as we did) from both a Lowe's and Blue Ridge Heating & Air came to see what was needed (and which type of Generac generator we would purchase). Second visit: a supervisor from BRH&A to figure out more details and schedule the installation. Had to wait about a month due to their workload. They said it would take three days and it did. Chandler and Nathan came on time and did an excellent job & coordinated the inspections (gas and electrical).

Neil and Seth arrived promptly each day and were VERY professional. They worked diligently and explained everything about my generator so that I could understand it. Will definitely be using this company for my future maintenance and for my HVAC service when necessary.

They did a great job. I had just bought the house and it had old window AC units that barely worked and an old oil furnace. The gas company had to come pipe the gas line in for the new furnace before it could be installed which took about a month. Blue Ridge came out immediately though and got the entire AC system installed and running, then came back a month later to finish the job with the furnace. That was really great because it was August and miserably hot in the house. The two gentlemen that came out to do the work were very professional and the man who came to do the original quote was also. No high pressure sales just laid out the options and let me decide. It has been a year now and I’ve had no issues. I highly recommend these folks.
