Description of Work: Replaced A/C with new. Installers were on time and completed the installation in a professional manner. Front office staff, however, was totally unresponsive. Repeated efforts to get a contract/agreement went unanswered. |On installation day I had to demand that the installer provide a written agreement showing the jointly accepted terms and inclusions. Strange way to do business. The finished product is good.

Description of Work: Tune up A/C, found leak, replaced burnt contactor, added 3 pounds of coolant to central air system. More than we were expecting to spend, but air conditioning is working much better (cooling the house faster) since they were here.
