Enjoyed the service techs company and excellent job from start to finish.

They have a team of about 15 HVAC technicians who all do good work. My only complaint is that they are not cheap and you seldom see the same technician twice.

Service man was late due to problems at previous service stop. He did keep us informed of when he could get there. He came fairly late in the afternoon and stayed until everything was complete.

They were punctual, polite and did a fantastic job. Because I was without heat during cold weather, the salesperson rearranged the installers' schedule and installed the furnace the very next day.

Installation went extremely smoothly. Installers were very professional and competent. They made sure that we were pleased before leaving.

Blue Ridge Heating and Air provided me a very competitive bid (I solicited 5 bids) and I chose them because I felt they would do the best work. I was not disappointed. They were prompt, efficient, and bent over backwards to make sure I was happy. There were no hidden charges, and no detail was left undone. I highly recommend them.

On time and service was great. Two good workers and service people.

The technician arrived at house and began checking AC unit. After inspection discussed what was wrong and we agreed upon him fixing the problems. After complete, he cleaned up area, discussed any future maintenance issues, and left.

Service was extremely prompt and individuals were both courteous and professional, even in difficult weather conditions. "PC" and "Wade" are super!

$99 is a bit expensive. It is usually around $79.

The estimator was very knowledgeable and was on time, as were the well trained mechanics that did the installation. The work was completed in a very professional and timely manner.The mechanics were very respectful of the space and our concerns. The system is working great and was a excellent choice of the contractor that performed the installation I do highly recommend Blue Ridge for any one needing HVAC systems installed.

The sales guy promised to address all my heating and cooling problems in the home and provided a quote outlining the changes needed. His installers showed up a few weeks later and on the first day they basically did nothing but walked around and left at 1:00PM after taking a hour break in their truck. The second day they showed up at 9:05 and left at 1:00 again after setting in their truck for an hour. I finally had to complain to the sales guy about the work the installers were doing. So, these guys show up Wednesday and finally start getting to work but by Thursday evening I can see they just wanted to get it done and get out of my house. The work was very sloppy and we were left with several air leaks in the duct work. They installed the new 5 ton unit for my upstairs in one of my electriccal panels and failed to check the load on that panel. Now when the unit comes on we have all our lighting and everything on the first floor dim down for a few seconds. On Friday of the install week the main installer came back and after I gave him a check and he was on the way out the door he informed us that the duct work for our downstairs unit had to be replaced. We asked why he didn't take care of that this past week and he said the sales guy didn't tell him to do it. We got very angery that these guys took almost $14K from us and at the last moment told us more work needed to be done. The sales guy (Josh) would not help us. He made it clear he would have to charge us to come back. We talked to the owner about the problem as well as that we told the sales guy we needed a load calculation proving the new upgrades that the sales guy promised to get to us. Instead he got us a letter and a very basic sheet that didnt have what we requested. We attempted to put a hold on the check and asked them to make things right by coming back and addressing the problems. They refused as well as we lost confidence in letting them in our home. This is a very bad group of people that do not care about their customers and would not recommend them!

It turned out fairly well. I only spent what was advertised in the deal and that was it but there were some scheduling problems. I would probably use them again in the future.

They checked inside unit and outside unit. The technician was very professional and efficient.

2 servicemen on time, polite, careful to be clean on carpet, friendly, thorough, explained everything, detailed.

After missing the appointment (they were to show up between 11am and 1pm) we called to see how long it would be. Blue Ridge told us the serviceman was on another job and would not make it that day. We understand that some jobs take longer and are unexpected, but we think they should have called and rescheduled. They do a good job when they show up. If you have time to waste and can take off work to just sit around waiting this is the company for you!

The job went very well. The technician was friendly and efficient, took time to explain what he had found and the fixes needed. I would use their service again.

All went well everything was done to my satisfaction.

They showed up on time, diagnosed the problem wit our previous furnace, quoted a resonable price for a new one, and installed it a couple of days later

Staff was on time, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend them for any of your service needs.

Technician was friendly and kept me informal as the job progressed gave pro's/cons of optional work.

Josh: first contact: excellent, concise, came immediately. James and Regie: efficient, on time, explained what they would be doing and when. Extremely pleasant and comfortable to have in our house. Gave them run of house and would have left home if needed. Trustworthy, hope to work with them again. All three were very professional.
