We had a terrific experience with Premier! The owner actually gives estimate and does the work. Our yard has great coverage and they have been back to fix a few things since then and have been great a showing up quickly. Premier also went beyond the call of duty. We contacted them on a Sunday....not about our system but our neighbors. He came out quickly and did the repair. If you want great service and a great job done.....call Premier!!!! We did get other estimates. Premier had the best price and did the best job.

Brent did a very thorough job running each zone and checking the sprinkler heads. He took care of everything in a very professional manner.

I originally contacted Brent Lucie by phone after a wasted go around with another company that gave me an outrageous quote to do this straight forward replacement of all the rotors and moving some of the rotors. The other company wanted to do all kinds of misters and gave me a prices over $7 grand. When I realized they were not serious about doing replacement work, only new installations I went back on Angie's List and called Brent. I contacted the other firm because my neighbor had used them but now I realize that all that company wants to do is new installation. I told Brent what I wanted, he understood my needs, I sent him a scope of work with the number of zones, the number of rotors, and the number to be moved. From that call on our communications were via e-mail. He was very prompt answering my questions. He arrived today with an assistant, I walked them through the job and they got started immediately. They showed up on time, had all the equipment that was needed, including line to repair dog fences as my neighbors have run their dog fence on my property. They cut the line to move the rotor to its new location as there was no way to do this digging without interfering with the dog fence. They repaired it and moved on. When they were done they started up all the zones and spent extra time working with me to get the rotors to go in the beds as well as the lawn. I was very impressed that they did this. I figured they would start them up, adjust them for the lawn and leave. They worked with me and saved a lot of my time to do the initial set up as it is going to be 92 in a few days and I am good to go. As I get more comfortable with how far these rotors can shoot I will do minor adjustments. Just showed me what bad shape my 9 year old system was in! Unlike some contractors Brent was not only polite and courteous towards me, he also showed a respect for the lady of the house as I do all the garden care and watering. I get so tired of contractors that do not want to work with a woman. Good job BrentThanks

A sprinkler head was damaged by workers putting down mulch, we called Brent, he came the next day and reminded us we hadn't had the backflow tested. He set it up and followed up to make sure the county had the report. Brent's quality of work and service are VERY RARE. Premier Irrigation is a PREMIER service provider!!

We have an annual contract with Premier Irrigation, where the system is winterized and then in the sping they system is turned back on, checked and spray pattern adjusted if needed. Britt has a Mr. Walker who will test the backflow, as required by Chesterfield County, for a fee. We also had a head break from work we had done by another contractor and Britt went over the next day to fix it...........Wonderful service, quality work at reasonable rates...........what more could you ask for???***** 5 Star rating for this company!!!

I emailed them early in the morning and received a response within hours. After giving them all of my information; they agreed to come out the next day and would call prior to coming. When they called they said they would be here in 10 minutes and were even a little early. They immediately started addressing my sprinkler system, fixed my programmer from my previous servicer, adjusted my heads to ensure that my yard was getting the appropriate coverage and addressed over-watered areas in my yard from my previous servicer. Extremely professional and a better price that what I have been given my other Angie's List members. Great service!!

I am very pleased with the quality of service, professionalism, and expertise provided by Premier Irrigation. Brent is patient, knowledgeable, and I will absolutely be calling his company with all my future irrigation needs. They do good work at reasonable rates and aren't looking for ways to pad the bill.

I was told that my weeded yard would benefit from irrigation rather than just aeration and seeding. I checked Angie's List and called 3 companies. One never responded, one came out 9 days later, and Premier called me back that day and provided an estimate in a day or two. Everything was completed in 10 days. Very professional and courteous. Would highly recommend them.

Brent was very fast in returning calls, and was able to get the work done very quickly considering we had several days of rainy weather.

Brent was great from the very beginning all the way through the entire process. He responded very quickly to all my phone calls and emails and kept me updated as to when he and his team would be out to install the system. I called Premier on 6/7 in the afternoon and received a callback from Brent that evening. He apologized for calling so late (8:30pm...hardly late for me). I was just delighted to get a return call on the same day. More times than not, it's the following day or not at all. Brent scheduled me for the next morning and arrived on time. He turned on the system and checked all of the heads and found no problem. He then, programed my watering schedule and showed me how to manually override if necessary. It was a pleasure doing business with Brent! I actually felt like a customer! When was the last time that happened? Thanks, Premier.

In the past we haven't been successful in finding a reliable irrigation service and since joining Angie's list we only choose contractors from Angie's. Again, we are VERY pleased with the promt response!!! I was so pleased with his service I immediately signed a service contract with him and will continue to use his service in the future.

A broken sprinkler head combined with my resentment at being disregarded by another sprinkler company in the area lead me to launch a search for a more responsive service provider. I found Premier while surfing the internet and called to see if I could reach a human. I got the voice mail but didn't leave a message. Brent saw the missed call on his cell and called me not long afterward. We set an appointment for the next morning. As it turned out, Brent had an opportunity to come over that same afternoon. Soon after he arrived, he had replaced the broken sprinkler head, adjusted two other sprinkler heads (so they wouldn't water the mailbox!) and fine-tuned the watering schedule - gaining a new long-term customer in the process. Brent's an excellent technician and a motivated, invested human. Premier Irrigation is the only company I will call for our irrigation system needs - and the only company I will recommend to anyone else in need of such a service provider.
