Premier Irrigation & Lighting

My irrigation system's valve was cracked rendering it useless. I called Premier for assistance and even though they were pretty busy (spring), they were able to address my issue within a few days. Brent came out, saw the issue and replaced the part in a few minutes. He also reset my irrigation schedule to what would be the best for this time of year. All in all, this is the company I will now use to service my system from now on. Personable yet professional and extremely competent. Great job.

The job was done to perfection -- we could not have been happier. Brent Lucie, the owner, is a very professional and knowledgeable person. Not only has he been installing irrigation systems for many years, he was formerly a landscaper (his experience in this field is a plus when working around the homeowner's existing, and planned, landscaping). There was very little damage to the existing grass area, however, we had the system installed prior to aeration and seeding. We will be using Mr. Lucie for all future irrigation maintenance needs. We highly recommend Premier Irrigation to anyone. We researched several other companies in the area, and are very glad we chose this company.

I have used this company for my annual sprinkler start ups and shut downs for several year and found their pricing and work quality to be excellent. This most recent job required disconnecting several sprinkler heads and relocating them to different parts of the yard. The hand trenching was done quickly and with minimal disruption to the current landscape. Overall, I continue to be highly satisfied with Premier Irrigation's communication, customer service and overall quality of work.

We obtained a large number of quotes for service, Premier was easily the best value interms of what was included, especially when you factor in how easy they were to work with. From day 1 Brent was always quick to follow up, worked around our schedule, amd did a great job with the install (we barely even notice it's there). They did a lot to minimize disruption to the lawn, completed the work as scheduled and Brent went out of his way to come back after the work was finished just to teach me how to use it. Would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future should any additional work be needed.

Brent, the owner responded immediately to my voice mail request for a call. He made our appointment, presented a quote to install an irrigation system. His quote was reasonable. His crew arrived when he said they would, performed the work in a timely manner to perfection. The products he installed were top notch. We are very pleased with our system and his professionalism.

The provider showed up on time and did a great job. it was one of the better experiences we've had with an irrigation company. I'd recommend them to friends.

It went very well. I was pleased overall with the service and experience of the installers and would definitely recommend them to others. The one issue I wish had been better is that I feel they could have done a better job with the yard clean up, from the stand point of raking and smoothing out the area of the lawn that was unsettled during the trenching for the pipes. My lawn was wet and there was more grading needed after the fact than I expected. To be fair, however, I didn't mention this to Premier or ask them to come back and do a better job. Again, I would definitely recommend Premier Irrigation.

Brent is both professional and responsive. You hear back from him quickly! His quote was more than fair and right in line with others, but he KNOWS the Salisbury CC area's terrain and didn't have the vague possible add-ons that other companies had....for rocky terrain, for tree roots, etc. He had that challenge already considered because he has been doing irrigation systems in Salisbury for years! Not only is he professional, but he is a true gentleman...he even went under my house after the job was complete and turned back on the water to an outside faucet that a plumber had neglected to turn back on a few weeks before!

Brent is great to work with (very responsive, reasonable and friendly) and Sam (who has come out a couple of times) is very detail oriented and great as well. They are always quick to respond and do great work while on site. Very thorough and meticulous about cleaning up and leaving things like they found them. I'd call them for any irrigation needs.

It went great. They are a professional company to work with. One of the pipe fittings on the irrigation system came loose unfortunately. Grant, the owner came out within 30 minutes to resolve the issues.

I called to schedule the service and it took about a week before it could be scheduled, but the man who came to do the repair did a very good job. The prior irrigation company had broken the head but did not tell me about it, so I went with another company. The repairman adjusted the other head so it did not hit my wooden siding and also told me that he could add an additional head to water some plants that were not getting watered. He was at my home for about an hour and I would highly recommend them to anyone for their knowledge and fairness in pricing.

Brent provide3d an estimate that was accurate, showed up on time and installed the system in a professional manner, returned to make adjustment when requested.

It went great I have used premier for the past year for an assortment of problems with an old irrigation system they respond fast give me options and take care of things in an expedient manner.

The installation went very well. They were very responsive - came out the same day to quote the yard. There was not a long wait time to install the system. We had an issue with one of the pipes a year later and they came and fixed it for free the next day. Overall a very positive experience. Friendly and genuine.

Brent was excellent. He was very careful not to destroy the yard, and in fact delayed doing the final trenching for nearly a month so as to avoid turning my yard into a sea of mud (it has been so wet lately). (The delay was agreeable to me, it's winter and I was in no hurry, either-- he surely would have done it sooner if I had preferred). I found Premier to be very responsive (usually by email), friendly, and I'm happy with the job they did. I priced this job around, and Premier will not be the cheapest guy, but I think it sits at the perfect intersection of "you get what you pay for," and thus "you don't necessarily want the cheapest thing possible." This is especially true because a yard sprinkler system will need spring and fall maintenance indefinitely. I would recommend this guy to anyone in need of these services. He will care for your property like it is his own.

Brent, the owner, was terrific. I strongly recommend him and his company. He was extremely responsive by email, showed up on time, did what he said he was going to do, showed me how it worked, stayed until it was adjusted perfectly, and only left when I was happy. (And the lights look amazing.) I have actually hired him to return to my house for the larger job of installing an irrigation system in a couple of weeks. I ALMOST gave a "B" on price because $1600 to install 7 lights (including 2 in a tree) seems a bit high. However, there is definitely a measure of "get what you pay for" here, and what I got was excellent, top-level service from a true professional. I would pay it again in a minute.

They showed up on time and performed the inspection. The tech was very nice and told us all about the system (even how it was installed) He wasn't an alarmist and didn't try to make an upsell. In the end, he winterized the system at no charge. I think that an inspection and winterization for $65 was very fair.

My husband and I had a horrible experience with this company. We hired them to put in a lawn irrigation system in our new construction home and we had three major problems. We had a perfectly graded, newly sodded yard and when they put in the sprinkler lines they absolutely butchered out yard and never cleaned up the mess. Sod was thrown on piles of dirt and it looked terrible. He did not support the meter box and within a few weeks it sunk causing the pipe to break and water to pour out into our yard. He attempted to prop up the plastic box around the meter using cardboard and paper and it made a huge muddy mess. He refused to admit responsibility. A month later we noticed that our yard was wet and smelly. The sprinkler system was blown out for the winter season but I called the company to say that there was a problem and water was again all over our yard. We had a plumber come out and he identified the source of the problem; the main waste line exiting the house had been bisected and a portion of the irrigation piping was lying underneath it. According to the plumber there is no way that they could have trenched this area and not known that they had done damage to the waste line. The waste pipe was cut in half and the sprinkler line was placed UNDER the broken pipe and both were covered with dirt. Regardless of the fact that the company contract clearly states that if they run through any piping they are not responsible for any damage, any contractor that does business this way is unacceptable. The plumbing company charged us $450.00 to fix the pipe and we asked that the sprinkler company pay for their damage to which they offered $200.00 only and reiterated their ?no fault? clause. To date, we still haven?t seen the money they offered. Please take my advice and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are not professionals and they will be more than happy to walk away with your money and not give you a decent product. They did very poor work and made our move to this new house very stressful. They will make a mess of your yard and they are expensive. We will be using another company to check this system and for all future maintenance.
