He checked each head readjusted all of them that needed it and replaced some damaged heads for me. Would highly recommend them. They are the company I will call when I am ready to replace my system.

Whereas most sprinkler companies just want to install new systems, Premier Irrigation is very good at working on older systems and getting them going at a reasonable price. Our system was 20 years old and required a lot of trouble shooting, but Brent worked diligently and found the issues and fixed them. I highly recommend this company -- a pleasure to work with!

+ -1 moreI contacted Brent Lucie after trying several times to contact my existing irrigation service company about a problem with one of my zones. I found Premier Irrigation on Angie's List and also checked it on the Better Business Bureau site. I placed an internet request for contact on a Sunday, and Brent called me the next day. I asked him to come out to diagnose my problem. He arrived on schedule, called me when he discovered the problem, quoted a price, and repaired the system the same day. My system now works without issue. I will definitely have Premier handle my regular service and maintenance going forward.

Brent came out that day and turned the system back on and checked that all zones were working correctly. Very professional and was also able to recommend someone to do a back flow test required by our county.

They were more than willing to explain our system to me at length, so that I could be a better steward of my own irrigation system. I highly recommend them.

+ -1 moreWe had just purchased our home in late December and learned that the irrigation system had not been winterized. That was a big concern with freezing temps on the way. I began calling businesses as soon as we realized the system still had water in it, but being New Years Eve, could only leave messages as no one answered our calls. On New Year's Day I thought I would try Premier, just to leave a message in hopes of getting a call back the following day. To my surprise, Brent actually answered the phone (on a holiday!) and said he would send someone out the following day at 1pm. The serviceman arrived 5 minutes early, was very friendly and thorough, and had the job done in less than a hour. We will definitely use Premier again!

+ -1 moreI called Premier Irrigation on Wednesday afternoon along with contacting 5 other companies on Angie's List. I left a voice mail first and was called back by Brent within 30 minutes. Based on the price, time frame, and Angie's List reviews compared to the other companies I went with Premier. Premier (Brent) came out the following morning (Thursday). Brent connected his equipment and was finished within 20 minutes. A very painless process and transaction along with an all around nice guy. I would definitely recommend and use them in the future.

Description of Work: I had no idea the backflow on my irrigation system was gushing water because it is located in a crawl space under the house. I was told about this problem by a termite inspector, and called my irrigation company. After waiting nearly an hour, I was told that they could not come out to my house that day. I immediately got on Angie's List, and found Premier Irrigation. The owner, Brent, answered the phone and agreed to come see about the problem within the next hour, which he did. He even changed his plans with his children to come help me in this emergency situation! He had to replace the backflow and a valve. I couldn't believe he was able to respond so quickly and had the parts I needed on his very well-stocked truck. As a result, I have changed companies and signed a contract with Premier. They also came out a few days later, as I had requested, to winterize the system.

Description of Work: Brent did some work for us last year, with which we were very pleased. We had some problem sprinkler heads and called him back. He came the same afternoon to check on them. We discussed replacing all of the old heads (41). He gave us a price, which we discussed and agreed to do when he returned from vacation. He called to let me know that 2 workers would be arriving the next morning. They arrived on time and began the work. Brent arrived about midday. All 3 worked until nearly 6:00. They checked all the heads to be sure they were working properly. They found a break in one of the lines and also repaired it.
