Description of Work: I have used other irrigation services in the past. Premier is by far the best. They show up on time and the fact that they are a small company and care about their customers means a lot to me. Their prices are less than the big guys plus they are committed to quality service.

Description of Work: They did a great job. The provider was able to teach me how to use and set my existing irrigation system. He also tested the system and made repairs to broken sprinkler heads. Wonderful work and excellent pricing. I will have them back to winterize the system soon.

Description of Work: Premier Irrigation came out last fall to search for a possible leak in my irrigation system. They did not find one, but I was impressed by their professionalism, courtesy and responsiveness. I called them out this spring to repair broken heads and start my system up again for the spring. I will definitely continue to use them.

Description of Work: The guys at Premier Irrigation are great! Very professional and very reasonably priced. I have had a hard time finding an Irrigation company who is reliable and responsive, but finally I found someone. Last Fall Premier Irrigation winterized my irrigation system for me within a couple weeks of my calling them for the first time (which given all their customers were wanting the same thing around this time was actually pretty good in terms of timing). I had never used them before, but they treated me like a regular, long-term customer. And then just recently, as things started to warm-up, I gave them a call to get the system activated again (and fix a broken sprinkler head) and they were again out within two weeks. What really makes them standout is that when they ran into some unexpected problems (stuck sprinkler heads, a second broken sprinkler head, etc.), they stayed until they got the job done. They had what they needed in the truck (though I believe they would have run to Lowe's/Home Depot if they needed to) and got it done. They were committed to getting this system working before they left...which while we customers might of course expect... often is not the mindset of service companies. When they hit a problem, that means they need to come back another day. But not these guys. Brent is running a great business and I'm thankful to have found them.
