Everything went well!

It worked out quite well. There's some more questions I would have liked to ask them and I didn't figure out until after they were gone but they did a very good job of what they did. They were very knowledgeable, thorough, they explain things as they went along and they did a very good job of doing what they did do. The sound was not exactly what I was expecting but I didn't realized that until after they were gone and I was just curious to find out from them why that might be. I had purchased some new pieces to my home audio system and was having trouble some of the connections right so I brought them in to make those final connections, to get the pieces connected with the right wires and the right terminals, and they did a pretty good job of that. They called me within a few days and then made an appointment. I don't really have much to compare to, they were here for about an hour out of the 2 hours that I paid for but they pretty much did everything that I asked them to do. There's probably a few more things they could have done but I'm sure it would have gone beyond the hours so the issue never really came up. They did A-class work.

Chris the owner called me the day after I purchased the Big Deal. We discussed the work I needed done but I told him I was not quite ready to schedule as I was having the interior of my house painted. We agreed I would call him back to schedule. A couple of weeks later I called and scheduled for the following week. That same day my painters had ripped out the HDMI cable out of my 55" plasma when they took it off the wall above the fireplace. This cable is 40 ft long and runs under my house in the crawl space so Chris recommended a reasonably priced 40 ft cable that had good flexion (Pro Flex). He quoted me $60 for the cable and I gave him the go ahead to order it. Chris called me on the Saturday before my scheduled appointment and told me he had a crew working nearby and if I wanted, they could come by afterwards and take care of my job. This worked well for me because now I would not have to take time off from work the next week. Jesse called me when they finished up and let me know they would be there in about 30 minutes. He and Sean arrived about 6:30 pm. They went right to work taking down the 55" and fishing the new cable. Jesse went outside and accessed the crawl space and ran the cable under the house. While he was doing that, Sean went to another room and swapped out a 42" plasma for a 50" plasma. He then went back to the room with the 55" and assisted Jesse in fishing the 40" HDMI cable back up the opposite wall. Once the HDMI cable was completely ran, they re-hung the 55" and Sean reconnected all peripherals (DVR, Blueray, CD player) to my Onkyo receiver that was completely disconnected as I had recently received it back from Onkyo due to warranty service on a bad HDMI board. They re-applied all the IR shields that cover up the component IR eyes, checked out my Zone 2, and tested the RF remote and all of its functions. They finished up around 8:30 pm. Everything worked perfectly! Let me tell you it was no easy feat running that 40 ft HDMI cable through the crawl space. Sean and Jesse did outstanding professional work and I couldn't be more pleased. Chris followed up with me on Monday to ensure I was completely satisfied. Chris, Sean and Jesse were awesome! I will certainly use them in the future for all of my AV needs and I would definitely recommend WSC to family and friends. I paid $79 for the Big Deal and $60 for the 40 ft HDMI cable for a total of $139. I got one other quote from the same company that did my original pre-wire and AV install. They quoted me $487!!!!! And that was just to replace the HDMI cable!!!

Called me immediately when I purchased the 3 hour offer. The owner Came over and talked with us , told us what he was offering on his special and advised that we not upgrade to a larger system due tot he size of the room and what we used the tv for: mainly movies and apple tv. We had no problem getting a refund from Angies in order to purchase the other offer. The installation was set up within a week. They installed 5 speakers in the ceiling, woofer on floor. set up Yamaha system, installed my apple tv device. Both technicians were professional, answered my questions, explained what they were doing and why. Set up one remote with everything on it. This is great stuff. Also, set up my old record player to work thru the system. . The sound system is great and if we turned the volume up all the way we would have to leave the house!! Recommend this company to anyone.

It went fine, it was an older house they were working on so it was a few hiccups but the guys remained professional and worked around any issues.

Service provider said he did not have my address.called my cell phone and unable to reach me. We decided to reschedule for the same day at 2:00 pm. SP did not show up. I called him at 4pm and he said he would arrive by 4:30. He finally arrived by 5:15. We spoke and decided on the design and rescheduled for the following Wednesday. Employee called that Wednesday at 4:300 and wanted to reschedule for the next day or the following Saturday. We agreed on the next day at 4:30. Thursday at 2 pm I called to verify they would be on time. I was assured that they would be on time. At 4 pm they called and said they would not get here until 5 or 5:30. Evident to me that our business was not that important. Canceled the job.

Shaun, Jesse and Chris were simply awesome! From the pre-installation walk through to final product I could not be any happier. I was not planning on having them completing more than one room but like I said, I was thoroughly impressed that I had them finish a second room for me. The next day, the DirecTV guy showed up and could not get the cable to work. I called Chris and he dispatched Shaun immediately to resolve the issue. The DirecTV guy was impressed by hi knowledge. I am finishing up a room addition over my garage and I will be contacting them to complete the work as well. I also recommended WSC to the Owner of the company that built my TH. That's how much I think of their work and professionalism.

Chris was very quick to respond to my voicemail. This service was purchased through a 79.00coupon on Angie's list. he probably spent 1.5hrs at my home. Very personable and professional. Every aspect of their work was of the highest quality at a reasonable price. Additionally aftercare is excellent. I am recommending them to my friends.

They came out over on Friday and gave us a proposal. We decided to go with them. The owner is very knowledgeable and creative on solutions for our space. He listen to us and he seems knowledgeable. He wasn't trying to sell us a bunch of stuff that we didn't need.They are gonna do some work for us on Thursday but so far they've been great to deal with but the work hasn't taken place yet.

They came over the weekend to check out the situation and give me a quote. They tried to charge me $639.26 for the project. The project would not take even a full hour in my opinion, so this is outrageous.

WSC is very responsive, will get back to you in less than an hour. They have an onsite email capability that captures all your info and requests and automatically notifies the ops manager, so they are very efficient. There technicians were very knowledgeable and could quickly access additional help if questions arose. They did a great job and the systems work very well.

Went very smoothly. Workers were professional and polite. I have no complaints and am very impressed. I would definitely utilize their services again without a second thought.

Two men did the initial installation very quickly over the fireplace. That was the only thing I had scheduled with them. I asked if they had time to go ahead and mount another TV in the master bedroom and they were happy to accomodate even though it was not part of the initial installation. Very professional and great work. Would use again!

The crew of two showed up on time and spent most of the day on the installation. They were able to run some cable from my attic space to one of the rooms that Direct TV was not able to do. Chris came by towards the end of the install to make sure things were going smoothly and correctly. The guys that did the install were very polite and professional while doing install which is always a plus. Chris has also been very helpful with questions/issues that I have had since the install not related to their work which has been much appreciated.

The initial installation went smoothly, there was an issue with the Direct TV Receiver, Chris came back, troubleshot the problem and corrected the issue.

The two Tech Guys showed up promptly with all their equipment. After we explained where and how we wanted the sets mounted, they went right to work without a break. Mounted the 48 inch Sony TV in the bedroom quickly without a Hitch! They then mounted the New Sony 60 inch TV over the Living Room fireplace and hooked it into the existing Surround Sound wall speakers. They tested everything from the Blue-Ray Player to the X-Box for proper functioning and connected the TV to the home Wi-Fi System. And Everything worked RIGHT the First Time! I later watched "Saving Private Ryan" on the new system and Battle Scenes SHOOK the HOUSE!!! We can't WAIT for the Start of Football Season to View the games on our New Set. The Guys at WSC did a GREAT JOB! Manager Chris Subbiondo dropped by to check on the work and answer our questions. He is VERY Knowledgeable, Informative and FUN to talk to. Heck. He even showed how to "Program" My i-phone 4S!! We recommend WSC HIGHLY for ALL Your Audio Visual Needs!!!

Chris and Shaun, the owners, did an outstanding job! We had a home theater installed about a year ago by another company, but had been having problems, and though the initial work was done well, the follow-up was terrible! Multiple phone calls, but never could get them to come back. I called WSC based on 3 "A" reviews on Angie's List. Chris called me back immediately! He came over several days later at the exact time we had agreed upon. He was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about home theater. The first problem he fixed was the bluray player having connection problems with the wireless network. I had inquired about hard wiring the router to the bluray, but although he said he could do that, he suggested the problem was most likely with the router. He said Cox now has a combined modem/router and he actually drove to the Cox store and picked one up for me and installed it: problem solved! While he was gone he also had an employee drive and meet him with a piece of equipment to allow the bluray to play Pandora in zone 2 which is the rest of the downstairs and outside (I had been told this couldnt be done with this bluray player). He next found a way on my receiver to synch sound and picture, which was an annoying problem during streaming movies on Netflix. While testing the speakers to optimize sound, he discovered that one of the front speakers was blown. He said instead of buying 2 new speakers, he could move the center speaker to the right, matching the left, and obtain for me a new center speaker. I also asked him how I could simplify a situation in the kitchen where to change the tv station we had to walk to a closet and open the door to get a direct line of sight to the cable box, which was very inconvenient. We also had a separate remote for the tv on/off and volume. He suggested a universal remote. He spent many hours here the first time (much of that time programming the remote), and agreed to return for the remainder of the work. The other co-owner, Shaun, returned the following week and finished everything I had wanted. He was also very friendly and did a great job! Chris called later in the day to make sure I was happy; there was a problem with the new universal remote but he was able to patiently walk me through the steps to resolve the issue. I am extremely happy with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great home audio/video company!

From beginning to end, this experience was fantastic. I am cynical by nature and always on guard for bait and switch tactics. WSC called ahead to scope out the project, arrived on time with all the necessary materials and did not try and up-sell me to get additional revenue. This is the first company I have dealt with since moving to Hampton Roads that has exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend WSC based upon my dealings with them. If only they could do bathroom renovations....

They did two projects for me. They did such a good job on my home that I called them and had them do the audio video work for my business. I had one issue at my home and they came and fixed it within two hours at no charge.
