Right on from beginning to end The two projects were done a week apart from each other & by two different Technicians the service & results were excellent in both cases!

He was able to come out early. He was very friendly, very pleasant, very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain to me how it should be set up.

Communication, installation, service went well ...

I called two companies to give me an estimate. The other company came out first and was a company that I had used in the past for the same thing, at a different home. The man for the other company disregarded what I wanted and spoke down to me. It took him 3 weeks to get me an estimate. I explain all of this because it was the opposite with WSC Home Audio. Prior to the first appointment, a nice lady from their office called and told me who was coming and when he would be expected. Billy listened to what I wanted now and what I wanted in the future. I did not feel like he was trying to 'Sell' me. Billy seemed to care about understanding what I wanted. Unlike the other company. I had the estimate within a couple days and I approved it after a few questions. I did not have to wait long and after the nice lady called again to say who was to be expected and when, the techs came and worked hard at installing the system. After the installation, I had a couple concerns. Chris took the call and came to my house and took care of the concerns and made sure I was 100% happy with the system. Each person from the nice lady in the office, Billy, Chris and the installers were so nice, clean and presentable and cared. A week or so after the installation, the other company called and said they were ready to give me my proposal. It was a little late and a higher price than what I paid WSC. WSC Home Audio cared, did a great job and was the best price. What else do you need?

The Work went quickly and smoothly.

About as you would expect when hanging a TV on a 140-year-old chimney....not smoothly. But Shaun from WSC was great and the issues were entirely the poor quality of the brick by this point in its life. Shaun returned no less than 3 additional times with different hardware to get the job done. But done it is, and it's great!

WSC is wonderful! They did our original wall mount for our 55" TV. Very clean and efficient. Couldn't even tell they had been there except that our TV was now on the wall. Highly recommend this company!

They were very fast and efficient but it seemed pricey based on the work that had to be done. I would use them again though.

Very professional and did a great job!

They did an excellent job. Our PBS station pixelates a lot, and they checked it out but there is no solution for this apparently. Still, the money we invested to do this will save us over $1200 per year, so it is very worthwhile. WSC was very professional and courteous throughout the experience.

Very pleased with WSC. I actually contacted Audio Connection first because the previous owner of the condo had used Audio Connection for their home theater system, but I was very disappointed with how Audio Connection handled the estimation process (the person that came up with the estimate was not the person that came to see my place, so the estimate was not for work I needed done). With WSC, Chris personally came to my place, told me what he thinks need to be replaced (he actually pointed out that my living room 77" TV was the best TV 3 years ago and is still very good for 2017, and that I shouldn't replace it). Chris drew up the estimate himself. The installation was mostly done by Jeremiah, and he was willing to come back for every little problem and he was willing to help me out on few things that are not part of the project scope. Overall, great people, great service, customer oriented, would recommend.

Everything went beyond expectations

It went very well. It didn't take them very long to install and they explained how everything works before leaving. WSC have installed wall mounted flat screen TVs before at our house. I recommend them highly!

I was informed that the $99 was for the initial walk through and onsite assessment of the job that I was wanting done. I was then told what it was that I really wanted based on what he could sell me. If I only wanted the HDMI cable placed as desired, then he could not say it was able to be done nor within a several hour estimated time frame at the cost of many hundreds of dollars. The old bait and switch. I received nothing more from my $99 than a hard sell. Would not use this service again.

Took one hour to complete. Both men polite, pleasant, experienced. Confident in their ability to solve my problems. Cleaned up afterwards.

When we built our home (20 years ago), we had the builder install an intercom/stereo system that was hooked up to speakers in every room. We hadn't used the system in years because: (1) we found out that we didn't need an intercom and (2) the sound (TV, music) that came through the speakers was awful. We called a company to give us an estimate on removing the bulky old intercom/stereo contraption and to install a new system. The quote we received was not at all responsive to our needs and it was very expensive. We had the impression that the salesman was just trying to sell us his product without addressing our desires. We contacted Christoper at WSC Home Audio Video, and he promptly came out, listened to what we wanted, and provide a quote a few days later that included everything we asked for. After we paid the initial deposit, Christopher sent two young men out to remove the old intercom/stereo and speakers, run new wire, install new speakers, and set up the Denon HEOS drive. The installers were professional and very personable. They did meticulous work, ensuring that the new speakers were installed perfectly and in one case, patching the drywall since the new speakers were a different size and shape than the old speakers. They cleaned everything up after performing the work, and patiently explained how to use the new system (which we operate with our iPhones). Due to a miscommunication, a few of the intercom panels were not removed, but when we contacted Christopher, he told us that he would send one of the installers out to remove the units and patch the drywall - and he did. We couldn't be happier with the work that done. The system is great and the speakers (which we decided to upgrade from 6.5" to 8" for better bass response) are amazing! We highly recommend WSC Home Audio Video and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

This was a tough job because it's an older home with an older full brick chimney. Showed up on time, were very professional and it looks amazing. Only thing to note, and maybe this isn't with all jobs, but they do send someone out first to survey the site. We had assumed they would mount the TV that day. They did get the installers out very quickly though and we were extremely pleased with the job.

They provided a military discount. They had trouble because it turns out that our surround system was 9 years old and broken. They spent tons of time putting it all together and then they had to take it apart to disconnect the surround system. They were very helpful and knowledgeable.

I got a quote from Chris right away over the phone for this type of service and they were able to get us on their schedule right away. John had the 32 inched moved from the living room to the bedroom and the 46 inch on the mount set up and ready to go in no time! Very polite, professional, and on time! Their fee was one of the lowest for this job. We'd been checking around and had waited on getting this done. Although that being said was it still a nice pay day for them but I did not want to wrangle that 46 inch even though it's not heavy, just awkward for me to handle. John made it look easy! And it would have taken me way longer to get it all switched around and set up. So we are very grateful to have it done! We will use their service again and recommend them. Thanks Chris and John!

Concealed wires for entertainment system, television, and wireless phone system. Relocated the cable box and the alarm system box to a location more suitable to me the consumer. Was to conceal wire for camera/alarm system; however that was not accomplished. Overall very satisfied with job and professionalism The representative was timely, polite, and professional.

As with most of your coupon deals, he arrived to inform me that the coupon price I paid only covered the diagnostics. What happened to the other 4 hours of installation (in my case, repairs, which I inquired about before PURCHASING COUPON.) ???a coupon deal is usually a company who does NOT honor the terms of the coupon, but is looking for expensive repairs to make.

Came out to survey and estimate job, but he never returned or followed up.

I had several people out that could not hook my system up. The technician for this company did a fantastic job. I was very pleased and would use them again in the future.

Every thing went great. They were real professional. They came in and go the installation done with no issues. The Big Deal was for $99 installation charge. They were very professional and courteous. It took about 2 hours.
