WSC Home Audio Video performed an outstanding job on my television installation. Originally I intended to wall mount two 55" RCA sets on my own, but a neighbor convinced me to not be a cheapskate and hire professionals. I am glad I took his advice. After an email and a phone call, WSC sent a technician to visually inspect the walls I wanted to place the televisions, making sure there wouldn't be unknown issues. They then arranged to install everything on a later date. Upon that day, two technicians arrived and performed the required work. They were entirely courteous and professional, demonstrating flawless execution at their job. They unpacked the two sets from their boxes, assembled the wall mounts I pre-purchased, and cleaned up the packaging without being asked. To my pleasant surprise, WSC provided installation equipment (wall plates, extension cords, etc) that helped conceal the wiring inside my home's wall for no extra charge. It made the end result a thousand times better than I could have done on my own: there are no ugly dangling cables and the walls look unblemished. Given the quality of superior work performed for a "simple" television wall mount, I can imagine their perfection at complex entertainment setups. Will most definitely contract again for future needs, and would heartily recommend to others. As far as I'm concerned, WSC Home Audio Video is among the best of the best in their field of work.

Excellent service. John and Jesse were courteous and friendly, and finished their work in a professional manner. It was unexpectedly difficult to find professional antenna installers, but I lucked out with WSC. I'd definitely use them again!

Great service. They came out the week before the service for a free in home estimate which allowed us to make a decision on whether it was the right thing to do or not because of the brick fireplace. They arrived promptly on the install day and proviced great service.

I had them work in my game room. I wanted them to mount the home theater screen and my home theater projector unit. They tried to install the devices and it took them a couple of tries to do. However, we'd agreed upon a price for the projector mount -- and somehow the price changed. They tried really hard to make me happy & are commited to customer satisfaction.

Chris and Shawn were extremely knowledgeable with all the equipment and were able to correct the issues. They did a great job.

Chris and the team at WSC Home Audio Video performed an installation of my home entertainment system. Chris provided the tilt mount and installed it without any problems, even though he had to drill through granite. It all went very smoothly. The team relocated a cable outlet by going in the crawl space, running a new co-ax cable and putting in a new cable outlet in the wall. This was recommended and installed to ensure a tight and neat appearance hidden away from plain view. My HDMI extender and matching Samsung audio bar and wireless subwoofer were installed seamlessly. I had a follow-up service call at no charge for an issue that was no fault of theirs related to my HDMI extender. Thank you Chris for making a late Friday evening service call. WSC Home Audio Video have a great length of experience, are extremely professional and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them. I would have liked to have found WSC Home Audio sooner so they could have installed my DirectTV.

I purchased and Angie's list deal for 2 hours or tv installation labor. I had already purchased a good tv wall mount, but had to pay for extra materials such as HDMI cables, cable box shelf and electrical outlet. WSC called me immediately after my Angie's List purchase. We set up a date for a consultation and estimate, then we set a date for the install. The install went very well. The workers were courteous, professional and cleaned up everything afterwards. I would recommend WSC to anyone looking to update their entertainment rooms with audio/video installations.

I would have given a better rating had there been any phone communication and had they followed up on the after service call I made.

It went very well, no problems, very knowledgeable, on time, and did end up buying more than I started out because he had a good idea. They responded in a timely manner, very professional in their work. They are a little expensive, however.

Chris from WSC Home Audio Video was excellent. He didn't try to upsell us on anything that we didn't need. He was incredibly easy to deal with and was knowledgeable about all of the equipment he suggested. When my husband and I couldn't decide between a few model choices, he invited us to his storefront for a demo, which helped us finally make a decision. Once the decision was made the equipment came in within the time period he promised and the installation was done quickly and efficiently. He also called to follow-up and make sure everything was good a few days after the installation.

They came out and performed half the things I expected for my big deal. The quality was very poor. I had to hire Geek Squad to come out and re-do the work and install the brackets correctly to stabilize the tv. Overall a pretty bad experience. I wanted to make other people of aware of my experience.

Although there was some confusion on whether to re-install with current TV mount vice replace with their provided TV mount, they did a good job with the installation.

When I first got ahold of Chris to schedule a time for a free consolation, he was very professional but not a know it all like you come into contact with other companies. We scheduled an appointment and he showed up on time and ready to review our home. We told him what we wanted and he said no problem, he also offered up other alternatives/better ideas. You could tell he knew what he was doing. After telling us the price (which was very reasonable!) we set a date for him to come back with his partner Sean and install everything. Sean and Chris arrived on time and ready to work on the evening of installation. We all went over what would be happening just to make sure we were all on the same page. They mounted our 50 inch TV above the fire place, hid the wires where crown molding would be, and set up speaker wires in all four corners of the room.. they even installed our electronic systems.They worked at a good pace and answered all of our questions when they arose. They were very personable but not too nosy. After the work was complete they showed us their handy work and we were very pleased. In the future we will definitely be hiring WSC to do our home and audio work, and would recommend you do the same!

They went right to work, wasted no time. I was quoted a price before they began and though they needed to work well beyond the expected number of hours, the price stayed the same. They made sure everything worked properly before they left and didn't leave even a tiny bit of mess behind. If you want an entertainment system installed or set up, I highly recommend them.

Chris Subbiondo, owner of WSC Home Audio Video, replied within 3 hours to my e-mail inquiry concerning a quote for a surround sound system. Please keep in mind my request was sent at 7:00 a.m. on a Sunday morning and I wasn't expecting any kind of response until Monday (normal working day). To my surprise, Chris told me he could come by later that same day to look at my room and give me some ideas. Again, I fully expected a visit to discuss possible business would happen during the "work week." Chris showed up punctually and suggested three options for the work. He didn't use any high pressure sales pitch, simply gave me the options and explained the pros/cons of each one. Chris sent me a written quote via e-mail within a matter of hours. After discussing the options with my wife, I e-mailed him back and told him we wanted to do business. After a brief phone call (all on a Sunday night), we arranged for the work to be done in our home. Chris was detailed in all aspects of the quote, telling me he would order the equipment first thing Monday morning and expected to receive it all by Wednesday at which time we would arrange the actual installation. I received a call from Chris on Wednesday asking if we would like to have the system installed the next day. We set the appointment and the installation crew arrived Thursday morning at 9:30 to start the lengthy job. Shaun Wuestewald, project manager, and his co-worker were extremely professional and considerate during the installation process. They moved furniture as needed, taking great care as they did so. The crew ran speaker wiring right along the ceiling line (later covered by crown molding) making small cuts as needed to fish the wire to the individual speakers. Seven holes were cut into the ceiling for the installation of the speakers. The crew dusted and vacuumed up any dust created by the cutting and left my home as clean as it was when they arrived. The installation took approximately 10 hours. While this might seem a long time to most people, I was glad they didn't rush through the process and did the job right "the first time." After the installation was complete, the universal remote was programmed to accommodate all of my components. Shaun showed my wife how to use the remote, taking time to answer any questions she had. The installation process was customer friendly and the crew was extremely professional. Chris came by within 24 hours to see the final product and ask if I had any questions about the system. Showing how important customer service is to this company, Chris told me to call him any time if I had any questions that came up. I've spoken to Chris on a few separate occasions with questions which he answered promptly. If you're wondering whether I would refer them to others, I've already done so to one of my closest friends!

Scheduling was to our convenience. Created plan for installation. Arrived on time. Encountered difficulty but overcame problems. Completed work timely. Provided very good instructions and customized universal remote so I could understand it. Ran an additional line from computer to receiver but discovered that receiver needed another component. Offered to reduce price but I decided to keep the additional on account when we upgrade system.

The service was great. I had additional costs, because I needed a mount. The mount that I had purchased wasn't large enough. The price was good for what we wanted. With the Angie's List discount it was by far the cheapest service that we could found around here. It was pretty good.

Second time I hired WSC. I should have hired them a third time but I was suckered into hiring someone else and I regret it. The installers called ahead to say they would be on time, they showed up on time, they completed the work faster than advertised. We could not be happier. We will hire them again for sure. You cant beat the price and even better, you cant beat the quality of work! Call Chris directly for a good deal!

Simply the best. We are active duty military & move a lot!! Chris was the best experience we ever had, he offered smart educated solutions, even informed us of things we did not need to buy and replace, only minor changes saving us hundreds!! He has a wonderful ability to listen to what we want, with in our price range and was able to come up with truly PERFICT ideas and solutions. Also the thought of having him & his team on call to keep us up and running with out lots of little to large charges for service calls, (when I mess the system up) truly shows his dedication to excellent coustomer service. His goal was to build a relationship with us (& all of his coustomers) Even the kids loved talking to him. I felt very comfortable having him come in to our home. I will defffinatly feel happy to set up a service call with him & his team even when my teen (17yrs) is home alone. This is the highest complement I have to offer. He was a pleasant surprise to find this level of coustomer service in todays world! We plan to use him for all of our homes needs & seek his advice if we need something that he can not help us with, ex. he gave us a great referral to set up our pool table.
