First the surveyor came to check out what I needed done. Then my appointment was set up by a very nice lady named Natalie. She was very accommodating to my installation date. One the day of the appointment, two professional installers came and installed my TV wall mount, hung my TV and made adjustments to my personal liking. I also had them hid my cables with a cable raceway that matches my wall perfectly. The installation was impressive and I am so happy to have the TV on the wall. I highly recommend this company for their price, service and professionalism. I will definitely high them again when I want to have a TV in my bedroom. You will not be disappointed with this company.

It took a few days to complete all the services that I needed. was very satisfied with the products they recommended and the service they provided. They spent a lot of time making sure I understood how the use the equipment, making other recommendations that would make my system work better overall. They could be a bit better when it comes to be timely for appointments. They made me feel very appreciated as a customer. I would definitely use them again.

GREAT!! additionally Posed an issue of using a wall mounted TV as remote monitor. They provided 3 options: 1) for routine use, approx $400 a RF system; 2) for occasional use, approx $75 a HDMI switch to select between the Blueray and the computer and 3) use a couple times a year, free pull the HMDI cable from the Blueray and plugging it into the computer. I went with option 3, they made no money on it but won a very appreciated customer & reference.

The time line for the service did ont work for me. They were not able to come out until January 2nd and I needed this done before then. They also told me that what I needed to have done would have been more than the cost of this big deal.

It seems the provider tried to sell very expensive installation service rather than honor the two hours that was provided by the deal.

Chris and his team are friendly and professional. Did the work on time and within the estimated cost. The work did take a little longer than anticipated - but that wasn't a big deal. I would certainly use them again.

The team was very professional and expertly installed all of the receivers and TV components. I love Directv and this was my best experience with an installation. I highly recommend WSC. I will go back to WSC for any other electronic needs in the future.

WSC did a great job planning and installing a home theater system in our new home, including mounting the TV, installing all boxes in rack in separate closet, hooking up IR control system and installing and connecting 5.1 speaker system. Knowledgable and thorough...would not hesitate to use them again.

Simply put: WSC worked their butts off, smartly and with an attention to detail that almost always is lacking in contractors. The pricing was great, the customer service was great. One the day of installation, they actually outlasted me - well into the evening, as the job took a turn they didn't expect but they plugged through without complaint. Very impressed. Great service. They were wonderful. He has come back a couple of times and not even charged me. He programmed the remote under warranty.

They were great. The two gentlemen that did the work were VERY Professional and Fast. And when They were finished, They explained completely the operation of the various systems. And They cleaned up after themselves before They left!

The service turned out very well. I have hired them twice, since I moved into my new town house. I liked the ease of communication, the availability, and the way they worked. They were very professional, and courteous.

He was wonderful. We have two rooms with speakers, and it was an hour before my house warming, and we couldn't get the radio on in the dining room, and I called them in a panic telling them I can't turn it on. He called and talked my teenager through getting the radio hooked up, and pumping music into the dining room, and any time I have a problem like that, he says he has someone coming out, and they do it for free. He is great. Everything turned out wonderful. We are thinking of doing another big project with him. No one touches our surround sound except for him. I was late to the second appointment, and I was comfortable letting him in the house with my seventeen and half year old, and I was there 10 minutes later.

Great! The thing I liked the least was it cost more than what was advertized, but I do understand because there was a lot of extra work that they had to do. It was more complicated than I guess I knew about.

The quote is for TV mounting and custom cabinet for my audio equipment.

I had a very good experience with them and it went fine. I would refer them and the price was good. It was an expensive but it was specialized.

They are just wonderful. He went crawling all under our house and put a wire that we would never have this problem again and it makes it a WiFi zone.
