Description of Work: Purchased a new surround sound system from WSC for our home in December 2016. From the prompt response to my email inquiry (by prompt I mean within hours) to Chris's consult visit to our home two days later to Shaun's expert installation, what we experienced was complete professionalism and sound advice. Chris listened to our goals and recommended equipment that met our needs without "overselling us." Shaun installed the in-wall speakers to perfection along with the other equipment. Chris followed up with us a couple of days later to be sure we were satisfied and to see if we had any questions. WSC understands the importance of "customer care" and satisfaction..qualities not always easy to find in the AV business. Highly recommend WSC."

Description of Work: I contacted WSC through Angie's list to take advantage of a deal to furnish and install a large flat screen TV with a wall mount. I was going to purchase the TV from Best Buy but Chris could match their price for a 60" Sharp Aquos so I let them do it all. Not only did Sean and his helper install the TV but they tied it in with my computer, a Wii and a Blue-ray DVD player that I also bought fro WSC. WSC is fantastic and I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Technician came for consultation and scheduled a work day. That appointment was re-scheduled due to illness of technician. | |Installed DVD players and wall mounted TV. Also adjusted A/V components along with attaching a computer to existing router. | |Work was done well although my understanding was that there would be two technicians working for two hours. There was only one person and the work was completed in less than 4 hours.

Description of Work: I recently moved to Virginia. WSC sounded like exactly what I needed, and they were They reconnected all my electronic equipment (TV, DVD, Tuner, etc.) and wall mounted two small TVs. Each TV required a different kind of mount, and when they were finished, all you could see was the TV, none of the wires. Once they were done with the installation, they reprogrammed my universal remote. They had to come out two times since one of the TV mounts didn't arrive at their shop on time. However, they kept me informed regarding when they would return. I am very happy to have found this provider!
