Description of Work: Full replacement and disposal of old garage door system. Very fast removal and installation. The company did have to come back out and tune it, but I wouldn't attribute that to the install. My garage door frame isn't perfectly square due to settling. Overall, I'm very pleased with the my experience with Virginia Door.

Description of Work: We called Virginia Door because our garage door made so much noise, even after using WD40. They came at the time they had promised to be here. The man who "diagnosed" the problem and fixed it was VERY nice, good and capable. We had a problem with a gear which had to be replaced and he also showed us where we needed to spray the WD40. He said the oil had to be applied a few times a year to keep it running smoothly and quietly. We really appreciate the work Virginia Door did -- and our neighbors appreciate it.

Description of Work: I had 3 wood garage doors that were rotting on the bottom. They replaced the bottom sections and they matched perfectly. I did not want a metal door which they also offered. The doors were primed but I did the painting. They were very quick and polite and they cleaned up nicely. They also replaced a few rusted parts. I think they should have replaced one more than they did but I let it slide and replaced it myself.

Description of Work: Our garage door wouldn't open automatically - we had to hold the button to get the door to open/close. They came out to adjust. We expected a $75 service call charge. The eyes on the openener just needed to be adjusted, so they did it in about 2 minutes and didn't even charge us. I appreciate that and would definitely recommend them for their quick response time and honesty.
