Description of Work: Performed furnace tune-up. Routine and work performed was quite satisfactory. Professionalism in setting up appointment and punctuality was top rate. Very personable and conscientious workers.

Description of Work: We had our air conditioning units replaced in 2011 and signed up for an annual service contract at that time. Stokley's has been nothing but great! The guys were replacing our AC on the hottest day of the summer of 2011 and they stayed late to make sure everything got done since we had a newborn at the time. I can't say enough nice things about them!

Thank you for the review. I am a little concerned about the grade of "B" for responsiveness and punctuality. We can typically service a unit the same day that the request is made. We always try to schedule around the customer's needs and availability. Maintenances are typically scheduled in advance. We cannot give an exact time (except the first call of the day) as calls vary from one call to the next but we try to give an estimate. We call the day before to remind the customer of the appointment, we call when we are on the way. Sometimes, the customer has to leave work and needs 1/2 hour or more notice and we do that. I will contact you to see what we can do to improve. We are always trying to improve.
