I contacted Stokley’s for a winter furnace tuneup. I knew I needed to replace the unit, but other companies had tried to sell me air conditioning units saw well. Even after informing them that my ac had been replaced five years ago. Stokley’s told me I only needed a furnace and the price was ver reasonable. The technicians were courteous, professional, and efficient. Stokley’s is the only ac and heating company I will use.

They came out to the house and determined that the AC could not be repaired and had to be replaced. They were able to order and replace my AC unit quickly and efficiently.

On time and professional. The arrived prepared and two men completed the work under the house in about 3 hours. They removed all debris and left the crawlspace clean. Most of the replaced insulation was on a main trunk line that goes across the back of the house - large. Insulation had to custom fitted and installed. I have been dealing with this firm for over ten years and they also provide twice yearly preventive maintenance to my two HVAC systems. My HVAC has proven reliable over the years largely because of the care they provide. I place a value on integrity and I find the people at Stokley's to be honest and forthright. They fix things correctly the first time and if something does require a call back, they stand behind their work. I trust them to do the right thing.

The technician looked but did not find a problem beyond a small rip which he taped. Another technician from another company also checked and could not find the source of the problem. We are investigating other possibilities.

Very well indeed. Work was done efficiently and they suggested a better replacement (higher SEER rating) than the unit which was replaced. One followup was required for adjustment when the furnace later would not fire up, easily solved with slight rerouting of a drain line.

The Stokleys team made sure everything was done correctly and it even took them a little extra time. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing the work done. Customer service was top notch and they are good people! Thanks again, and Merry Christmas!

Good. It was extremely hot, but my unit was properly functioning.

The rainy weather forced them to set a new date, they were concerned about the temps being in the 90's so the tech came out that same day and had 2 portable window a/c for me to use until they were able to install the new system, my heat pump was still limping along so I didn't need the window a/c units (excellent customer service). The day of install started at 8am and was finished by 6pm. The techs were very professional and never stopped working until everything was installed and finished. They cleaned everything up and took away the old unit and stayed until they saw my new unit working properly. Today is one week since my new unit was installed and it has been working perfect.

Lost AC in middle of hot day. Searched Angies list and contacted Stockleys for repair. Tech came to house and AC was back up and running in less than 2 hours after it went out. Great response, professional service and repair. Cost was a bit high, but I expect to pay premium prices on the weekend in emergency requirement. Will definitely use again.

My gas plumbing was bad, didn't realize that until after I bought the house. While they were here doing that, they installed a new tank less gas water heater. They charge like $250 a year and they come out twice a year to do the maintenance. What was good was that the technicians were prompt, they got right to work, they did a good job, they explained what they were doing, they gave me a written invoice of what they found, not an invoice, but kind of a description of what they found, what they recommend, what needs to be replaced or what ever is coming up soon, just gave me a run down of how everything looked. They were professional. They did it in a timely manner. They were pretty thorough, pretty good at what they did, did what they had to do. The communication was really good about what they saw and what they did. They're pretty much my go to people for a/c stuff. The couple of times I have had to call them they've been good about helping me out.

Basically I've got like a maintenance package with them. A draft motor had gone bad on the furnace and they came out and replaced that motor. Well I called them after hours, and the call went straight to the owner of the company, and they owner of the company talked to me a good thirty minutes, it was on a Friday night at like 9 o'clock at night, right before the holiday weekend, like Presidents Day weekend. So he was real thorough about talking to me, and telling me it's not a big deal, and they can get it fixed, and he kind of diagnosed it right over the phone, you know, by just telling him what it was doing. Sure enough when they came out, that's what it was. They came out Monday and fixed it right away, didn't have any problems and it's been working great ever since. I've been pretty pleased with their work. They're very, very helpful people, if you have a problem you can pretty much call them whenever, they'll be welcome to help. It was in February so it was cold, and I had to turn my heat off, fortunately during the time it was warm, sixties during the day, so it wasn't too bad, but the owner even offered, if I needed heater, he would bring over a couple of heaters if I needed them just to get me over until the furnace was fixed, so they're very accommodating and they go out of their way sometimes to help you out.

They were extremely courteous, responsive, professional, and punctual. They also let me use the coupon on Angie's List.

The technician was polite, well-spoken, and all business. I'm not an HVAC QA inspector, so I can only assume his quality of work was also very high. Both of my HVAC systems are functioning well.

Showed up on time. They were very professional. Cleaned up well. Wore shoe protector inside. Very professional installation and we are very happy with the overall service from them.

I had them come out when my heating was acting up. They performed a pretty thorough inspection and gave me the right tips to get it working better myself since I could not afford a replacement of full service.

From start to finish we were treated like family. Rob came out and assessed what we needed. He is obviously a person of great integrity, decency, and professionalism. He gave me a great price on a highly regarded piece of equipment. The equipment was ordered right away and the installation scheduled quickly. Angelo and Jerry came early in the morning, did a god job, and finished in the afternoon as promised. I was mostly impressed by the way I was treated. As I said, I felt like "family" rather than a customer. They took care of "me" by making sure I was pleased now and for the long time ahead. Every encounter I have had with the various people at Stokley's gave me the feeling that the people are happy working there. We am glad to be a part of the family.

I highly recommend this company. I needed an inspection done on my HVAC system for the sale of my home. They were super accommodating, and were able to work with my crazy schedule. Not only did they give me a detailed report but they fixed an issue that was occurring within my HVAC system and told me the exact dimensions of new filters that I would have to buy. The price was not bad and well worth it!
