Did what they said they would do.

I purchased a $79 service certificate so that I could have my tv's hooked up to DVD players. When the men arrived they said my television was missing the necessary switcher and they could not get one for me. They said I needed another switcher which would be $149 and had to be ordered. In the meantime, they said my surge protectors which I had purchased at Costco were not good enough so I purchased them for $114.92. My friends have since told me I was misled. They were supposed to have hooked up the other 2 existing DVD players, but when they left I found they were not hooked up. I called them and they said they would return to do this when they brought the ordered cable and switcher. When the items came in they returned and installed everything. During the installation they asked if I wanted this and that not saying they were going to be charging me ( $12 for 2 faceplates, $15 for an IR Flasher that was never mentioned, and $60 for an HDMI cable).

Great. Very good people and very good at what they do.

They were very responsive from the beginning and I felt very comfortable having them in our house. They explained every thing they were doing and answered all our questions. We were interested in some future sound enhancements and they made suggestions and at our request, left a quote. John was very good in suggesting low cost solutions as well as more expensive possibilities and helped us make some comparisons. During the process we learned a lot about video and sound components. They worked quickly and very efficiently and left the area clean, also moving our heavy bulky old set out. Overall, we were very pleased and thought that we certainly got our money's worth with this special. We certainly will call them for any future home theater needs.

Very professional. We needed to bring them back as television wouldn't change channels etc and he called us right back when I called at about 9pm on a Friday and got us scheduled to come out that week. Would definitely use them again. Would highly recommend.

My experience with this company was professional and met my expectations.

John and his colleague were very punctual as well as professional. They called before coming that day to say they were on their way. They cleaned their trash after they were finished and demonstrated the features of the audio unit. Overall the work went very well and I am very satisfied.

The two-man team showed up right on time and got right to work. I have an older home which presented some challenges, I think, to the process. They ran wires behind paneling and across the attic, installed all the speakers and got everything working perfectly. They also hooked up the ipod connector They took the time to determine where most frequent viewers would sit so the balance was correct. Truth be told, I would have been OK with exposed wiring but they clearly were not. They obviously took great pride in their professionalism. After everything was installed and connected, they ran another sound/balance check to make sure I was satisfied. They then walked me through and wrote down simple operating instructions. I am not tech savvy and managed to mess up the operational process within 10 minutes of their departure. I emailed them and got a follow-up call within the hour. The sound and balance are perfect. The depth and clarity are astonishing. It's so good my pets were completely freaked out by the sounds coming from alien places. They're over it now and I love my new viewing experience. If I'd have done this as a DIY project, it would have been a disaster and would have looked awful. Instead, I got a first rate system I am proud of.

Prior to purchasing this deal from Angie's, I called the company to see if they could do what I wanted them to do in the two hour time frame. John was willing and able to come to my house that day and gave my home a visual to say what would be included and if I wanted add'l items, what the expense would be. Specifically, I wanted one 42" tv mounted on a wall in my bedroom. I already had the mounting bracket. I have Direct TV in the house so he offered to run the wires for Direct TV in the attic and through the walls. He said he worked at Direct Tv previously and they would run the wires on the outside of my home. I didn't want that so I agreed to have him run the wires in the attic and snake them down the walls and install a cable outlet. It all sounded great so I purchased the deal. On the day of installation, there were two of them on arrival. They came in. One started putting the TV wall mount together and the other went to work in the attic running the new wires. It took about two to two and a half hours and all was done. They charged me $60 in addition to the Angie's price of $79 for running the cables through the wall and installation of cable outlet. I thought that was reasonable. Overall the experience was a very good one. They were friendly, professional. Didn't take breaks to go outside and smoke. Even helped me level another tv I have in my living room. Very nice and I'd recommend them highly as well as use them again.
