Excellent. He knew exactly what to do. Did it and was gone in 20 minutes. I would definitely use again for anything to do with electronics or handyman, work. Friendly, and competent .

Went very well, a couple product issues but by no fault of the contractor

Spartan was punctual and did a great job for us. The TV was mounted using a bracket we had already purchased. The wires were hidden behind the wall and a new receptacle box (white to match trim in room) was installed. Overall it looks nice and professional.

Wires left hanging not tied up dvd player not rehooked up. Did not go well not satisfied. I called the company the same day and i was told the crew would be went out again. Never heard from them again. Tv works well!

We had an appointment set up for today, 12/13/16, but they did not show up on time. When I called inquiring where they were, the provider informed me they meant to call earlier to reschedule. They were unable to make the appointment and did not have availability for another week. Because of this, I called Angie's List for a refund.

The technician showed up on time. The job was completed quickly and very professionally. They mounted a TV wall mount which they provided and mounted the flat screen TV. The install a cable cover to hid the TV cables and cords. I would use them again.

Extremely well. The provider was responsive, professional, helpful, and went out of his way to make certain the tv was mounted exactly as we wanted.

I wanted some wire control done and it was not done in a pleasing manner.

They gave me a 3 hour window and showed up on time. Travis and Kevin were extremely professional and made sure I understood some of the nuances of the system. It took less than an hour and they made sure everything was straight and cleaned up. I was very pleased with their service and would gladly use them again.

This service was excellent. They were honest and did not tell us things we wanted to hear but were factual in their assessment of our problem. They ordered the part and got everything working as soon as it came in. Thanks so much.

The job did take a little longer than expected, but the crawl space is really tight, that is why I decided not to do it myself. I also had him hook everything up, which I wasn't going to do at first, but I really felt he knew what he was doing so I decided to let him do it all. He did cut me some slack on the bill because I bought a new universal remote which was half of the price. It works really well! He had it on the truck, which was quite a surprise. He programmed it to control all my components and I love it. Very little learning curve. I had purchased one over a year ago and never used it because of moving and etc., it turned out to be defective and that took some time to figure out. The new one is better anyway. The workmanship was excellent and it looks and sounds great. He even performed the sound balancing procedure to balance the sound for the room. I was thinking of purchasing a new sub-woofer but he said what I had sounded great and was not necessary, that saved me about $500. He did recommend a high quality sound bar that I will probably upgrade too in the future and I will certainly call them to install. I highly recommend John and his company! He and his assistant were professional, very knowledgeable and friendly. They cleaned up everything and left no mess behind. If you are thinking of setting a AV system in your family room as I did or a purpose built theater room, call them. You won't be disappointed!

We have used Spartan Pro-Tech three times and every time it has been fantastic from service to professionalism. They are on time, clean and polite.

From initial contact, John was prompt to respond and very knowledgable on my particular home security system upgrade. I wanted a newer panel that offered both security and home automation features as well as smartphone operation/notification. My old system was wired, and the newer system uses wireless technology, so part of the install involved a conversion module and an updated smoke/heat detector. He and his assistant went to work immediately. The initial install took about 4 hours (planned), definitely something I couldn't personally perform. They had to come back a couple times to get one last feature to operate as requested (the main panel is just a few months old...so a little learning curve is understandable), but they conveniently worked around my schedule. John's tutorial through the system's feature set was uncomplicated and quick. Everything operated exactly as explained. I will definitely be calling Spartan back as my security/home automation system expands. They are very reliable and accommodating.

Everything went really well. The company was very professional and polite. They were very responsive and punctual and were able to answer any questions that we had. They also gave us an estimate on a surround sound installation.

Showed up early in the appointment window. Were very knowledgeable and efficient. Got the job done in less than the two hour estimate. I am very pleased.

The technician was prompt, courteous and knowledgable. He connected a surround sound system that I had purchased to my existing Tv....once he completed that task, he also connected a DVD player for me.

Member was professional however, wire covers were a bit pricey. Hiding wires in wall was an additional charge of course. Overall, I was satisfied, however, I don't feel the mount was adjusted sufficiently. The TV leans forward quite a bit andwhen II try to push it back again the wall it doesn't stay. Overall really good job!!

These guys were great. They arrived as scheduled and did an excellent job from start to finish. They were particular about getting the TV mounted at the height we wanted and made sure that everything was working correctly before they left. I will recommend them to anyone needing these services. We love our new TV room!

As part of John's assessment of the problem, he identified that some of the electrical in our home theater system had been improperly and unsafely installed. He clearly explained the problem and gave us a choice of what to do. We had him order the parts, and when they arrived, had them installed. In the repair it was even more obvious that there had been serious hazards in the original installation. I'm grateful we had the problem which caused us to call John. I now feel much more secure after seeing what he found and how he fixed it. I'll be calling Spartan Pro-Tech for any additional work on need on my home theater / speaker system.

Everything was fine. The interaction was good. Their work was good.

Worked with our limited schedule to set up a visit for the estimate. Stayed in touch on the day of the visit when earlier job conflicted with ours. Quick turn around on the written estimate. Explained options professionally, and in good detail.

Technician was not sure how to remove stem and base from smaller TV; we had to research online for directions,which added to installation time. I purchased a discounted coupon for an hour of installation for $50.00. What a bargain!! I only had to add $20 more to it. There were two technicians scheduled to come; but one was delayed due to traffic. So one person did the job in little over an hour. I am curious to know how much time it would have taken two technicians.

The team was FANTASTIC! Arrived promptly to install 56" tv over fireplace to include hiding cables. After the job was complete they also cleaned up the area. Both team members was extreamly enjoyable and pleasant. Job well done.
