They also looked at another room in the house to determine if I could drop a cable line in another wall. | |Only gripe - I asked the installers to have the owner call me about running wires through the wall and dropping a cable line in another room. No call yet. | |The work that was performed was excellent.

Description of Work: I would to request a refund for the big deal I purchased from Spartan Pro-tech LLC. I decided not to use their service after the rep's proposal where he tried to sell me 5 speakers that cost $300.00 a piece and said they do not repair the holes they make in the drywall, but kept the option to use the if I need help with the project. I'm done with the project

Description of Work: Called Spartan to have them come out and get our new tv hooked up and running with all 5 of the components we have. They did a great job, were on time and professional. They got everything hooked up and programmed our Logitech universal remote. Now with the push of a button, we can be watching tv, or DVD, playing Wii, or whatever activity we want to do. I would highly recommend Spartan for your home theater needs!

Description of Work: I asked Spartan to install a new A/V receiver in my home system. John and his tech arrived as scheduled and were faced with a massive number of cables connecting the components (pre HDMI days). They installed the receiver and hooked up all components, including a new DVD player and cleaned up the area. They did not finish in the time I had available and said they would return the next day (a Saturday) to finish - they were there as promised! Highly recommend Spartan!

Description of Work: I used an Angie's List daily deal, 2 hours of labor for $79.00. I used the job to fix the Cox & DirecTV "professional" installations. I was primarily concerned with a wire that was laying on the ground in many places along the back of the house. In 2 hours he cleaned up ALL my wires for Cox and DirecTV to include removing all of the excess wiring throughout my system. Turns out he used to train the Cox installers and his first comment was this is exactly what I told them not to do! The owner/operator is very personable and gave me a quote for a new TV installation to include equipment (mounts) that were much more reasonable than I had been able to find elsewhere.
