Description of Work: They take care of my furnace and AC. I've been using their service for close to ten years. They do everything there and have replaced our AC units for us on the 2nd and 3rd floors. I like how they're cooperative and friendly and the technicians are very nice.

 + -1 moreWorking with Simmons was fantastic. Robert, our sales engineer, was highly knowledgeable, honest, and punctual. Since our AC broke during an over-90 stretch, Simmons loaned us a window unit until our new system came in and could be installed. They rushed us to the top of the schedule. The install crew was very skilled and professional, and answered all of our questions forthrightly. We had some minor communication glitches with the office, but Mr. Allegood, the President, called and emailed us to work them out. I highly recommend Simmons.
Description of Work: Simmons replaced our heat pump with air conditioner, both the air handler and the compressor.

 + -1 moreI was very satisfied with the service I received from them. They had to do some extensive work to get our new systems up and running. They had to put in all new duct work for our third flooring and put in new wiring for the generator. The generator is about the size of a small car. There was been no problems with the systems as they both work beautifully.
Description of Work: They installed a new central air conditioner on our third story and also installed a new natural gas back up generator. I do have a three story, five bath and five bedroom home. It is about 5000 square foot home.

 + -1 moreMy husband thought it was a little pricey to have Alan come out and install the unit, but you get what you pay for. These days everything was pricey. Alan came right out and delivered the new unit and got it in quickly. We haven't had any problems with it.
Description of Work: Alan installed a new air conditioner that we bought from him and he removed the old unit and disposed of it.

 + -1 moreMr. Simmons did a nice job of keeping our furnace working good. He was a nice man who was good to have around when you needed him. I have used him in the past and have been very pleased with the way that he was able to keep my furnace up and running efficiently.
