Inspiring experience!
Description of Work: I wish I had known about Signature Pools in the past and how cordial and informative they are...we just sold our house so I won't need a Pool supplier anymore but I will certainly recommend Signature Pools to our buyer. I just called about a problem I was having with the Pressure Guage leaking, fully expecting to have to set up a repair call and pay for a repair job. Instead Jessica asked me what I had done so far to fix problem and gave me a few ideas to try before going any further. Her suggestions solved our problems at a cost of about $3.00. Use this company ! Another locally owned company (owner) close by should take lessons from Jessica on customer service and being cordial to customers !

It is true we missed the first appointment due to a pool emergency. The member was contacted and another appointment was set. He was unable to have a pool installed in his backyard due to septic issues and how small his yard is. He was not pleased to here this. He also informed us that out of three pool companies, we were the only ones to come and give him an estimate. We are very sorry that he was disappointed with the news of not being able to have an inground pool installed.

We called them and set up a time to meet. THey showed up on time, did the repair, came back and tweeked it, returned our phone calls quickly. Really great pool company.
Description of Work: We needed to have our pool liner repaired and our realtor referred us to Signature. The company was extremely helpful, they answered all our questions, showed up on time, repaired the liner quickly, very fair pricing and very professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a pool company, very satisfied.
