Signature Pools

Jessica and the staff of Signature Pools are amazing and I will recommend them to anyone looking for help. I desperately needed help after my husband died and Jessica was right there to help immediately. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

after 5 months the completed pools looks good and runs well except we are left with a grading issue that has rain water running towards the house now. the frustration with this installation was the sporadic communication. The owner would call the night before to say they were going to dig the pool or pour concrete, no planning. weeks of silence and never know status. Bought pool in beginning of April and they didn't complete until August. Contacted owner weekly for updates/status to only hear 'blame mother nature." at initial pool dig he did not leave enough dirt to back fill. finally a month later dirt was delivered to backfill.

I am so impressed with their services. They do an excellent job cleaning & balancing chemicals during my biweekly service. Recently, my salt cell wasn't working & needs replacing. Jessica sent me all the info I needed to purchase a new one. They came out immediately when it stopped working & took care of the pool until I get my salt cell. Everyone is so professional, esp Jessica in the office, and I am thankful for their services!!!!!!!

It was a little difficult at first to get a date set and to meet Mike and get started, but it's because we waited too far into the season to call. Once Mike came and got started everything is great! He extremely knowledgeable and doesn't try to sell you anything that you don't need! I would highly recommend Mike and his team at Flawless Pools!

I used this company to close the pool last season and open it this season. The pool had a foot of leaves/debris at the bottom after opening the pool and looked like a lake. I don't know if the leaves were left over from an improper close last season or if they dumped the leaves that were on top of the mesh cover into the pool upon opening. Nevertheless, the pool was in awful condition after spending $500 for a "full open" service provided by this company. My husband has spent hours out there over the past two weeks to get it ready for swimming. The company claimed the leaves were in the pool from a rip in the cover. However, the sheer volume of debris in the pool makes it hard to believe that it all came from the rip. Especially when there was a significant amount on top of the cover prior to opening and no evidence of the top debris around the pool after opening(making me believe it was dumped into the pool rather than being raked off).

Very professional all the way through the job. Keep me informed of progress along the way. Gave me options on price/quality. Finished on time. Educated me on how the salt filter system worked. Set up the computer programing for winter and summer use. Checked back a couple of months later to make sure I was satisfied.

The Signature Pools team showed up when scheduled, removed and stored the cover and added the necessary chemicals to clear the pool. They then returned on schedule, checked the pool and completely vacuumed it. The left clear instructions each time on what I needed to do. We have used them in the past and will continue to use them. I have used them for the year. They are going to do the maintenance this year, but it hasn't opened up yet. They were very good, and the price was good. They did a good job, and they are very responsive. They are very professional.

They are excellent. I remember it was a very fair price compared to what I paid before. They're just very friendly. They are very professional as far as scheduling and being there when they said they would be there. I think there was a problem because we had a removable fence around the pool and I think we had forgotten to take it down when they got there and they were just really accommodating. I just remember we had an issue with it and they were absolutely nice and professional about it, and they did a good job.

I contacted Signature pools while I was on deployment to come clean and balance my pool as well as order and install a new pool filter. They did a great job on everything! The company was punctual and professional. They switched out my old filter for the new one and my pool has been functioning properly ever since.

Did a really great job. I was worried with the liner that it there would be wrinkles but it looks fantastic. It's been in there for a year now and I couldn't be happier. Their price was less than everyone elses even with the thicker liner. I ended up going with the thinner one though becuse of advise that the it will fit the shape of the pool better which it did. He even painted the diving board, steps, etc to make it look like new! They did the whole job in just a few days. They did an amazing job with installation but I wouldn't have them maintan the pool. When I asked Frank he said that I only needed one bag of salt to last the whole season. That was way off.

We bought a home that had a salt pool in the back yard. I was only familiar with chlorine pools. I interviewed/met with several pool companies before calling Jessica w Signature Pools. As soon as I talked to Jessica I knew Signature Pools was the company for me. They came weekly and did a beautiful job. They were professional, thorough, and always left detailed paperwork on what they did to the pool that day. I had a step by step analysis of the chemicals used in the pool as well as what the pool's chemical breakdown was. I am thankful to have found Signature Pools and highly recommend Jessica and her team!

We are new pool owners and not only did they do an excellent job opening the pool but they explained how to run it properly. They also took the time to go through each piece of equipment and tell me what it was and how it worked. They are professional and extremely customer service oriented. I believe it is a family business. EVERY single time I call they answer my questions and if they cant help me they refer me to EXCELLENT resources. I will not use any other company for my pool. I HIGHLY recommend this company. Just as a point of reference...I spoke to 3 very well known companies in this area who were super expensive and very rude on the phone before I heard about Signature. I was looking for a company that I could afford and one I could develop a long term relationship with. Signature is a great company and they employ great people. I cant say enough about them. Jessica came out to do a pool inspection for the purchase of my home. Being a first time pool owner I did not know I had to have the pool up and running. She helped me open the pool up and then inspected it very meticulously. She went above and beyond what she was hired to do. Along with her inspection, she taught me how to open the pool, how to maintain the pool and so much more. She was on time, very knowledgeable in her profession and gave me a sense of peace. She is a lovely little lady with a great heart and patience. I will definitely use her again.

It's great experience. They are very informative and very thorough. He was fantastic. I don’t use them for regular service because they’re far and so it didn’t make a lot of sense but I’m glad that I’ve choose Signature for the inspection because they were very thorough and that was anything I wanted. It was hard to set up an appointment with them.

The showed up on time, told us what they were going to do and did a great job. The only follow up we had to do was call and ask them what brand of chemicals they used because their results were so much better than the products we had been using (recommended by the store we bought the pool from).

From the first phone call, this company was great. The professionalism of all involved were super. This company provided quality work. They performed my pool opening as I would have always done. They did everything by the book & did not cut corners. I have been through several pool companies in Virginia Beach for opening & closing of my pool these last 2-3 years. This is the first company that treated me with respect & did the work as it should have been done. Everyone I came in contact with was very knowledgable about swimming pools, chemicals, etc. No one smoked on my property. They cleaned up any mess that was made. I wish I could afford to have them do all my pool needs. It was surely great doing business with such professionals.

Signature did a great job. They were on time, did what they said they would and honored the coupon without question. I have since used them for additional pool service and maintenence. I highly recommend them.

We moved into a rental home with an inground pool. We didn't have much experience with taking care of a pool, so Jessica came out to give us a pool orientation. She was on time and very professional. She told us right away that our pool needed water. She explained how everything worked and what we needed to do to keep our pool in proper condition. She not only told my husband and me how to do something, she showed us. She mentioned a few things that should probably be done so that the system runs better, but never pushed us into anything. She basically taught us to do everything that her technicians do when they service a pool. My husband is very much a do-it-yourself type person and Jessica realized that without either of us saying anything. She told us that her company is there to do as much or as little as we want to help us maintain our pool. When I asked how much the orientation cost, she said it didn't cost anything. Considering she spent well over an hour with us, I was completely surprised. That kind of service isn't common these days. I want to thank Jessica for her knowledge and for making us feel much more competent about maintaining our pool. We will definitely use Signature Pools for any of our pool needs.

Great, the team at Signature Pools were fantastic, my pool had been closed through some warm weather and was really in need of help at opening. they came out and opened my pool and got it looking great. Jessica was fabulous, I called so many times with lots of questions and she worked me through everything! I have signed up for Monthly service, so that I can make sure my pool is ready for all the play I expect to have this summer.

I called Jessica after purchasing the opening deal and she was so kind and pleasant. This is one company that knows how to treat a customer properly!! We have a very old inground pool but that didn't deter the men who came out to open it doing a wonderful job. They were on time and all communication with them was great. I truly felt they had our best interest at heart.We will call Signature Pools in the future when we are ready to upgrade our existing pool or replace the liner. Quality work, quality company..........we are very pleased.

I was extremely pleased with their work and plan on having them open the pool when the time comes. The were more than happy to 'educate' me on what was what and didn't seem bothered with my questions as we had never had a pool before.

Jessica from Signature Pools was recommeded so I called and spoke with her. She was amazing in answering all of our questions but she was ever better at letting us know what questions we should be asking. She was on time for the inspection and explained in detail what she was checking and why. We have no doubt that she did a great job. When we presented the report to the home owner she confirmed the pump was not working and gave us a credit of $500. Without this report we would not of realized it till after we bought the house and ran the pool this summer. Thank you

We are very impressed with them because they were extremely punctual and knowledgeable. They are a small family business and we like to support small family businesses. My husband was very impressed with the inspection and they told him all kinds of stuff and everything. They were great when they actually did the closing of the pool. We have a sand filter and it required a little bit more work. I wasn't even home till the tail end of it when they were almost totally finished. They don't bill you until it is done and then they send it to you in the mail. You don't have to be there but just have to make sure that they have access to the pool. We will definitely use them again to open the pool and maybe even periodically towards maintenance in the summer. They were great. I have no idea on the price because this is the first time that we have ever owned a pool and so I really have no way of gauging. We kind of gathered that it was probably a pretty normal price, and other than checking around online to see what it would approximately cost, we don't have any other way to gauge.
