The first time I used Squeegee Squad they were wonderful. This is the second time, and they were even better. Truly a first class operation who continues to emphasize CUSTOMER SERVICE.

They were very responsive to all messages and phone calls. The owner came out and did a thorough assessment of the home to let me know what services would improve curb appeal for our home. The employees were very courteous with a strong work ethic. The windows are pristine. The driveway and sidewalk look great. The exterior of the house looks amazing.

The initial appointment by Steve was great; explained everything and also gave some "whys". On the day of cleaning, the crew showed up on time, worked hard all day. Due to the completeness of the work, one crew member had to return the next day, which he did.

They came out for a couple of weeks and did exterior/interior windows. They power washed the roof. I have a large aggregate driveway and it needed to be power washed. They did exceptional work. I would highly recommend them.

They did a great job! They let me know when selling my house to take off the screens and wrap them up until the house is sold for more light to shine through. They are well worth the money.

The chemicals they use are environmentally safe. They also cleaned out the gutters. They did what they said they were going to do, and when they said they were going to do it. I was very happy with them.

They also found some termite damage to the windows in my garage, that even the termite company didn’t pick up. I plan on using them again next spring. The owner is incredible. They got the windows cleaned in a couple of days, and they took their time. They also took all the screens out cleaned those as well. The price was very reasonable.

Squeege Squad delivers "white glove" customer service. On time, professional, polite, meticulously thorough. They didn't just clean the glass - they cleaned the window frame and sill in 30+ windows. Blinds were raised and all screens were removed first. Furniture had to be moved. Everything was put back in place. There was no mess. And when the job was complete, there was a gift bag for me (and a rawhide bone for my dog). I was absolutely wowed. Husband came home and inspected (boy, is he picky) He was really impressed with the quality of work.

Wow!!! Just as the VAL Pak brochure stated. During consultation and inspection, Steven was very professional. After I told him what services I needed, he proceded to explain how he would accomplish the job. He never pressured me to sign up for any additional services his company could perform. On the contrary, during the consultation, he freely gave me tips on how to do certain jobs myself. On the proposal sheet, he put in writing a list of suggestions that I should do because I intend to sell my house in the near future. From the day of consultation and inspection, til the cleaning day, Suze kept me informed via e-mails. Steven and Logan performed the power cleaning in a very quick and efficient operation. Steven even power cleaned the wood on a flower stand which was not on the contract. After completion, Steven presented me with a small gift package from the Squeegee Squad. A first, in all my life when dealing with a service contractor. Thanks, Steven and Suze, for an outstanding job. I highly recommend Squeegee Squad to my family and friends.

It went great. The deck looks like new. I have used this company before to do all my windows and they do a wonderful professional job.

They were on time. Professional. Great workers. Foliage was damaged due to chemicals but they made it right. Would use them again. Cleaning job was perfect.

My communication began with Suze. One can tell from her emails how kind a person she is. Then I met Steven during the initial consult and inspection. He's a very intelligent man who really knows his stuff. On the day service, Kevin and "J" were punctual. They immediately got to work by removing all the window screens for cleaning and drying. Then they tackled the mildew/mold on the soffits as well as the gutter tiger strips (asphalt stains). They also inspected the gutters for debris (none). Our front door isn't in the best condition paint-wise (original with the house), and Kevin was concerned about damaging it with the bleaching agent they were using to clean the house...very thoughtful! They also killed a wasp net living inside a groove in the soffit. Then they got to cleaning the wooden deck of the blue-green algae. They don't pressure-wash wood, which can actually damage it. Next, they worked on the exterior windows. (I provided them lunch on the house. Not literally, of course.) After that, they cleaned the interior windows and chandelier. Once all was ok'd by me, they cleaned up after themselves. They were very easy to speak with. Our house looks new again! Thanks for a super squeegee job well done!!

They arrived before time, knocked on the scheduled arrival time, discussed what they were planning to do and how they would do it. Went to work right away and periodically asked if I liked the job they were doing. Told me when they were going to be done. At the end they told me they had found a hole in my gutter and two windows that had broken seals.

Cleaning of gutters was excellent. Black algae removal required a return visit with a stronger solution to finally remove it. Kevin and Jamalca were very nice and professional.

Very meticulous job performed. Took entire day to do them all and he was very careful and exact. All of the crystal pieces were completed washed and then rinsed with distilled water to ensure no water spots. One of the chandeliers was especially difficult due to the connects of all the crystals. Excellent job performed.

They were great - couldn't have asked for a better job! We will use them again next year!

From speaking to their professional office staff for scheduling, to having the owner personally come out to give us an estimate, to the actual completion of the work - it was an amazingly wonderful experience and company to do business with. The workers were courteous and very much hard-working from the start to the finish of both very hot days. Steven was on-site to make sure that everything was done as quoted. They were able to make our Trex deck look new again. The soffits, which we could have never reached to clean, also looked like new! There was no way possible that we could have gotten on our roof to clean off years of accumulated pine needles. But, they did it! The total experience was so great that I've already passed out 6 of their business cards to co-workers and friends. From now on, I will only call on Squeegee Squad to take care of my home, deck and dock!

Beautiful job! I couldn't be happier! The deck turned out to be quite a challenge (after much neglect) but they did a fine job. The whole team was very professional and obviously took much pride in their work -- and it showed! I will definitely be using Squeegee Squad again. Thanks for a job well done.

The Squad arrived right on time and got right to work. i had a very large job for them considering the exterior of my home was black with mold and mildew as well as my driveway and walkways. I was so surprised when i returned home to see what looked like a different house. i could not believe just and fresh and new it looked. i have been embarrassed to have people over for so long and now i have a home that is clean and am proud of. I am a huge fan. The Squad was very professional and thorough.

They sent out a mailer originally with all of their service information. We called them and they responded promptly. They did not pressure us to making an appointment. They were professional and friendly at the same time.They explained the details of their work and made sure we were happy. They did an excellent job with the services. Everything was put back exactly the way they found out. They made sure we were satisfied with the work and even gave us a gift bag.
