They were fantastic! Very polite and efficient. I have a high standard since I used to do this myself when I was younger. They did a better job than I did! They are my "go to" company from now on.

The office was well coordinated and has their act together. The estimator was friendly, efficient and quoted an great price. The two team crew did a great job! Confirmed my details and got right to work. They even wiped out between the screen and glass, since we removed the screens. They washed and dried the screens too. The house has never looked cleaner! Nice work by all, highly recommend.

Overall, great work. They did more than I expected, paying careful attention to my rain gutters, cleaning the nooks and crannies of the brickwork, and removing years of mold from the siding and downspouts. I was VERY impressed with their work. Scheduling the appointment required multiple e-mails from me and I felt ignored at first, but the work was well worth the wait.

Good crew. Only supervisor wore a mask. He put one on when he saw I was wearing one. By the time my windows need cleaning again perhaps I won't be so nervous about catching Covid. I'm old but don't want to sign out yet!

The two man team of Jordan & Michael did an excellent job of cleaning in an efficient & caring manner. They were very polite and performed their job in a professional manner. It went well. In addition to cleaning the gutters, I asked if they would put the water hose in the top gutter to ensure the underground pipe connected to the gutter wasn't clogged.

Shine preformed amazing! That's why I hired them twice! The communication between the office and the field techs to the actual scheduling of the time slot of service was immculant! Being in the service industry myself and informing me/the customer of the actual time they'll be there instead of the 9-12, 11-2 & 1-4 time slots, which WILL always be the blocks..., they were on point to let me know if I had some time to run some errands. I'd highly recommend them.., you'll get what you pay for!!
