SHINE did an amazing job pressure washing the exterior vinyl siding of our home and our house looks brand new. They covered our bushes and gardens with a protective sheet of plastic to protect the plants which I was concerned about. They also pressure washed the driveway, walkways and cement patio. The moved the patio furniture, potted plants and returned everything back in place after they were done. Everything came out beautiful and the price is reasonable.

My wife and I were absolutely amazed at the results! Insect residue, dirt, and grime which I would have wagered would never come clean are now spotless. The house now appears as it initially did when construction was complete four years ago. The cleaning experts were on time, courteous, polite and professional as they worked. They promptly replaced any items moved during the process and were overall just wonderful. This is an excellent, service focused business that others should use as model for success. I was lucky enough to get an appointment the same week I called, because they had a cancellation. We agreed to a time, but they called back to see if they could come earlier. Three guys came, cleaned the gutters and downspouts, blew leaves off the porch roof, and also put up some gutter clips that other services had knocked down and lost. This is the third time I have used Shine, and I am planning to keep on using them!

Overall, I am satisfied with the work. However, cleaning chemical residue remains on the vinyl siding on the left side of the house. They attempted to remove it once, but it is still there. I am hoping it will fade with time and more rain.

They did an awesome on everything! Technicians were very professional and informative. I'm not sure I would have pavers done again as I lost a lot of sand from it, but I'm not blaming them because they look great. They also removed rusty nails from gutters that horrible roofing company just threw in there when replacing roof and other companies I had hired to clean gutters never noticed!

I had to get them to come back because there were dirt trails left from where the water ran out of the window sashes. That was the only bad part. They followed up with me and I told them about it. They sent someone right back out and took care of it. The customer service was great so I would recommend them.

excellent from Ben coming and giving the quote to the office scheduling when wanted (in a timely matter) to the team showing up and doing a excellent job of cleaning inside and out. They took their time and went back over any areas of concern. Did a walkthrough upon completion to ensure that I was satisfied with the service. Customer service was excellent. Will be utilizing them on an ongoing basis. Would recommend without hesitation! Job well done!

Shine did a fantastic job on all three services. My home is gray vinyl sided, which you was difficult to see because it was so green, rather embarrassing actually. Shine provides a soft wash, not a pressure wash (the latter is supposed to be detrimental to vinyl). The house came beautifully clean. In addition, they cleaned my brick porches and brick foundation and front sidewalk. I actually never new my brick was such a bright red. I have never seen it that way in 25 years. They have lots of hose length on the truck, so had no issue reaching the shed at the end of a fairly long back yard. The last person I hired had to drive in my yard to do so and left ruts in the yard. I also liked that they took good care of my yard and used run-off collection bags at the ends of the downspouts. The same crew cleaned-out the gutters. They look great from what I can see looking down from the second story window to the first floor gutters. A separate crew comes in to the clean the windows. I washed the interiors and they washed the exterior. They did a great job with that as well and were surprisingly quick. Both crews were professional and friendly. I appreciated that I received a phone call a couple of days in advance when they had an unexpected opening in their schedule and offered it to me. A special thanks to Ray Bennett, the sales manager. He was great to work with.

Shine is excellent! They let me know that they had a cancellation and I got my gutters cleaned the next day. They called that morning to let me know exactly when they would arrive, arrived on time, and were done in an hour. The first time I used them, they had an Angie's List special, so I knew it would cost more this time. However, last time they unclogged a downspout that had not been running for years. They aren't the cheapest in the area, but they are the best! Worth every penny! They even offered to blow some leaves off of our sidewalk for no extra money, and left us a Christmas gift bag!.

You guys are great! The guys called to ask if they could come early, since they had completed a job ahead of time. I was happy to say yes. They cleaned my gutters and cleared a downspout that had been plugged for years, even though two different companies had supposedly cleaned it. They also put up two gutter clips that previous cleaners had left lying around, for no extra charge. I am thoroughly happy with Shine and gladly recommend them for any gutter cleaning job.

Three gentlemen arrived on time, introduced themselves and after looking at the house offered to clean the house as well where dirt and mold had accumulated for $150, which I agreed to. They did an amazingly thorough and excellent job! I have 11 windows that are storm windows so the inside window can be removed which makes four surfaces they are cleaning for each window instead of two. They took every window apart and cleaned them until they shone! The screens were thoroughly cleaned, dried and put back. The outside of the house was sprayed down and looks beautiful! They were very polite and kind, even taking the trash out for me twice! :) I have been fighting cancer for the last 6 months and have been unable to do a lot of the housekeeping I normally do, so to look out these windows and see them so sparkling clean just blesses me completely! I am so thankful for their care and the time they took to do the job really well. Our outside windows get covered in spider webs and other things because we are on a forested lot and they not only sprayed down the windows twice, they then came back with their ladder and did them by hand! I am very pleased and they have a customer for life! Thank you SHINE!
