Description of Work: THE CLEANING WAS DONE WELL, HOWEVER IT TOOK ME FOLLOWING UP WITH THEM TO GET THE SERVICE DONE. THEY SAID THEY CALLED MORE THAN ONCE BUT WAS NOT EVER REGISTERED UNTIL THEY WANTED PAYMENT. THEY SCHEDULED TIME TO COME SURVEY THE HOUSE AND DID NOT CALL OR SPEAK TO SOMEONE ONLY SAYING THAT IT WAS GOING TO COST ME AN EXTRA $70. THEY DAY THEY SHOWED UP, THEY ASKED TO USE MY LEAF BLOWER. I WAS OFFENDED THAT THEY CAME OUT TO SURVEY THEN CAME TO DO THE WORK AND REQUIRED MY TOOLS. AFTER THE SERVICE WAS COMPLETE THEY WERE OKAY WITH CHARGING THE EXTRA MONIES EVEN AFTER USING MY TOOLS TO COMPLETE THE JOB. OFFENDED THAT THEY NEVER CALLED BUT THEN WHEN IT CAME TIME TO BILL ALL OF THE SUDDEN THE PHONES WORKED.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us and I'm sorry to hear your experience was not exceptional. Due to some glitches as Angie's List has been transferring from one web platform to another, there have been delays when we get notified of a purchase or message in the message center. I apologize for this delay and it is something that Angie's List is working to resolve. Referencing our in-house notes, you weren't present the day our tech came to survey the house and when he called your contact number while onsite there was no answer. The roof cleaning deal you purchased included roofs up to 2,500 sq. feet, the additional charge, which you authorized prior to scheduling, was for the additional square footage of your roof. On the day of cleaning our techs came with all the necessary equipment to complete the job. They noticed the electric leaf blower and asked to borrow it to speed up the cleaning process. Rude they asked? I agree, however the techs were given permission to use it. Since you were not present on the cleaning day, we had to invoice you for the additional amount. All this was discussed during the post-cleaning follow-up call. We always strive to provide 'Wow! Service' and client satisfaction is very important to us and I am sorry we failed short of your expectations.

Squeegee Squad is one of those rare companies that you can actually say that they take genuine pride in the work that they do. They are very friendly and courteous. The owner ensured that I was entirely satisfied with their work and went above and beyond to make my house stand out. Even my neighbors were impressed with the difference and are considering hiring them in the near future. I would definitely use them again!
Description of Work: Squeegee Squad cleaned approximately 50 windows, inside and out. The also cleaned 4 sets of french doors with 15 panes of glass on each door. Many of the windows had a thin layer of paint. This sometimes meant having to go over each window 2 to 4 times. This did not deter them from completing the job. In addition to the windows, they cleaned all the screens and around the window frames.

This was a challenging project because many of the windows had paint on them as the result of the house being painted several months previously. Apparently the painters were not careful about covering the windows before spay painting, and the only way to get them perfectly clean was to first clean them with our specialized window cleaning razor blades (6" wide, very thin and ultra sharp made in Denmark). This was followed up with the traditional "mop and squeegee" method of cleaning. We also scrubbed and cleaned the frames, screens, and sills to make everything look fresh and new. Also, the windows were high quality replacement windows, but still had some of the originial silicone sealing caulk on the glass - tough to remove, but we did a perfect job! We also had the benefit of the assistance of the homeowner's pet beagle, who was happy to keep us company for almost the entire job. Every time we opened a window, he ran over to it and stuck his head out and looked around - he was so cute! Aside from a few chew marks on one of our cleaning brushes, he was an ideal helper :-).

Call us Raving Fans! Could not be happier and will endorse this company without reservation! Polite, Professional, Exceptional. Two gentlemen showed up (in uniform) and stayed most of the day cleaning windows, light fixtures and even our fireplace glass. They were very meticulous and took great pride in their work. Above all, they were super nice guys and seem to really enjoy and take pride in thier work. Worth every penny and will definitely call them for future work. Two Thumbs Up!
