Description of Work: They washed our windows inside and out and cleaned the screens. I added the windows to my sunroom for an additional cost. |Shine is outstanding and very attentive. They maintain contact with the customer. I can't say enough about their professional service and excellent work. Their employees were courteous and professional at all times. They made sure we were happy with their work. Shine followed up after the work was done. The customer is very definitely put first.

Description of Work: I purchased a pre-paid advertised special ($388) on Angie's List for window cleaning from the SHINE Company. The SHINE company sent a representative out to my home yesterday (8-4-15) to take a look in advance of scheduling the service. The representative was courteous and knowledgeable. But he told me that, unfortunately, my windows did not qualify for the advertised special. He worked up the numbers for the same service on my style of windows, and it came to a whopping $800+ (more than double the special price!). To his credit, he patiently discussed with me a variety of ways that he could bring the cost down to a level more in line with my comfort zone, which included using a different cleaning method and having me clean the windows on the inside, etc. Those changes ultimately brought the estimate down to about $475. I thought I could live with that. But while discussing the matter later in the day with my husband, my husband pointed out that we would then be paying more than we had planned to pay for a service that neither of us truly believed we'd be happy with in the end. We would therefore like to cancel the order and respectfully request a refund to my PayPal account ASAP. Please note that this cancellation is no reflection on SHINE. The $388 special simply did not apply to our style of windows. In the end, we will end up doing the work ourselves. I'm not going to lie, I am dreading it. But this way we know we'll be satisfied that the best possible cleaning method was used to clean the windows.
