This was a great experience. I was told that once I used their company that I would never use another. They were prompt, professional, courteous and did a great job.

Ray came out talked to us and completed the estimate and was very professional and helpful. Explaining to us the project and even what to look for from other services and companies. The staff kept us informed of what was going on the entire time, and responded to questions that we had. They were on time and delivered. Richard P was our installer and he was fantastic. The job looks great, the lines are clean and the job was finished with thoughtfulness and attention to detail that we greatly appreciated. We will definitely use them again.

I had a leak in my roof and requested an estimate. One of the technicians came out and surveyed the issue and saved me a great deal of money. Turns out my AC unit was leaking condensation in my attic and cause water stains on my hallway ceiling. The estimate was free! Thank you.

Once the installers arrived, everything went smoothly The job was understandably delayed due to extreme weather. Ray, who is part of the sales force, sat down with us and explained how the entire process would go. She was straightforward and honest and the price point was appreciated. John, who is an office manager, kept in constant contact with us during the down time between the estimate and the install. He was very prompt with replies to all of our inquiries. Lain, who was the lead installer, was very professional and went above and beyond with the install, as well as the materials. He even offered to spread dirt to help level the look. Due to upcoming projects, however, this was not necessary. It was a welcomed gesture. Even thought the weather was very hot and humid, he and his crew pressed on to complete the job in a timely manner. The finished fence and gates were plum and level and they look great. We were very pleased with the whole experience.

I recently had some backyard work done by these awesome guys! My backyard is inaccessible regularly when it came to getting the grass cut. The grass came up waist high. So I was unable to really enjoy my yard. I search for so me quotes and these guys gave the best bang for my buck. They were very professional and friendly. If I am looking to get more work done I will most definitely call these gentlemen! I highly recommend to anyone needing working or upgrades done on their homes!

Absolutely horrible experience. Had some siding damaged in a storm several months ago and when the installer came to fix it, he never knocked on the door to show what he did or come inspect his job. The only way I knew he came out was he had to replace several pieces of siding, which it looks like he just used the old damaged siding. When I asked about it, the lady I spoke with spoke to the installer and he had my house and another house totally mixed up. I asked why he didn't knock on the door and he kept saying I've been here for 5 1/2 years and haven't had a bad survey. Now, several months later, I get a call saying I am going to collections because I never paid the remaining balance. Well, I never received an invoice promised from that phone call. Do not use these folks!!

With pleasure I would like to express my satisfaction with the installation of my new Deck of 28 feet long by 14 feet wide with two access steps. From the design that exceeds the standard, truly a solid structure. To the excellent craftsmanship of Duane and James. This two-man crew completed the removal of the old deck and complete installation of the new Deck with hand rails in record time. The level of organization, quality of workmanship and the attention to detail has resulted in a first-class product. Duane and James have my highest recommendations to anyone looking for high quality workmanship. I am very happy with a Job well done. Raleigh at Quality Built Exteriors hands-down is the best. It’s extremely hard to navigate your property especially if you’re in the military and out of state become certain contractors. Raleigh was kind and understanding of our situation and was willing to work with us to come up with a solution for our property. As a mom and a military spouse, I have a lot on my plate, so to have someone that’s concerned and willing to work with you and willing to give you the best customer service that we’ve seen in a long time is a blessing. Amber at the office is such a kind and wonderful person that was extremely helpful to schedule us as quickly as possible. She’s a person that doesn’t ghost you and will call you back to make sure that you’re fully aware of the process. The work was done quick which I’ve never seen that done before normally it takes a couple of days they were in and out. The final product was amazing and it looked great. I will always call this Raleigh at Quality built exteriors first before anyone else because I trust them and I believe in their work.

The install went great. I wasn't about to be home during the install, when I got home I noticed the cover for our rough in for a ceiling fan was on the table and there was no cut out for the wires. I called and they came out the next day to fix the problem. Now a few months later I went to install a fan and they only cut a 1 inch by 1 inch square and a support beam was placed right over the electrical box. I've called 5 days ago and no word as to when someone will be out. I also had paid to have plywood installed and there doesn't appear to be any plywood used.

For installation, Richard Plourde and his crew were professional, friendly, and did a fantastic job over the two days they were on my property. Great work and a business I would go to again.

Excellent work. Arrived on time and finished on time. Called each day to check on status and to see if we had any problems or questions. Workers were very friendly and did an outstanding job. kinda felt a little sorry for them when they were digging post holes by hand instead of using a power digger. Anyhow, they did an outstanding job and kept the area clean and free of debris. Thank you again for the outstanding job.

Richard and his team tore down my old shed and fence and installed a new dog eared fence with two 10ft gates. The whole process took two days and was very professionally done. Ray came out to inspect the job and has been very quick to respond to the questions I’ve had about the projects they are completing for me. I would highly recommend Richard and QBX as they provide very professional and quality work for a fair price.

This is the third time I have hired this company. The quality of their work is A+. The workers are easy to work with and hear you when you ask a question. The price is right. This is the third time we have hired this company to do work outside our home. We have been more than satisfied each time.

They were punctual and explained exactly what they were doing and why they were doing it. They also made sure we were satisfied with all of the work before leaving.

Tom was the sales representative who I had a great experience with. He was friendly and was always transparent about what he could do and was more concerned about my expectations and needs for the fence. Richard and his team put up the fence and they did an amazing job and not to mention very quick. I will definitely recommend Quality Built Exteriors!

They did the original roof 6 years ago. Selling our house. Home inspector found tons of issues. Called Quality. They came out quick, walked the roof and found no issues. They could have charged me a ton of money for repairs that weren't needed.This is what I call integrity. Great company.

At last, I came across Quality Builders. Mike came out, was very thorough, and was extremely friendly. He helped me explore all my options and gave me multiple quotes so I could decide which option was the best fit for my budget. I am still unsure as to whether or not I will be using them to install my fence, but the experience alone was a nice change of pace compared to whst I've been getting with many of these other local companies.

They showed up on time, worked all day and did a great job. Cleanup could have been better since I’ve found nails everywhere (in my driveway while they were working) but overall they did a great job.

They did a wonderful job! The fence was started ahead of schedule and they worked fast. The fence looks gorgeous and I was impressed with the care they took to get everything perfect. Quality work!
