Description of Work: Installation of railing on porch. Contractor was excellent -- on time, organized, very precise with measurements, and had a very nice personality. Result was excellent job and very straight and sturdy railing.

Description of Work: So far I can give this company an A+ with the customer service they have provided. They had a quick turnaround on providing an estimate as opposed to other providers we had come out and never heard anything back from in most cases the work is scheduled to be done this week and I can provide a further review after the completion of the fence installation.

Description of Work: It took nearly a year and a half, but Quality did not give up until the source of our roof leak was located. Particularly Larry - with good humor, professionalism and persistent determination, he took our problem as his challenge promising that he and Quality would fix the problem. And he did. Thank you!

Description of Work: Pucjased big deal for $1000 & paid $770 for additional footage. Price was around what we expected to pay and had budgeted. Had 6" gutters installed all around the house. Slow start getting the details ironed out and the installation date set, but once we met with the owner, everything went super fast with excellent results. Amber is an outstanding office manager and her professionalism kept us on the right track - she is key to their success! Install took less than a day - we did not have to be home and they did a fantastic job! Since then, we have had zero issues and we love our new gutters! Thanks to Quality Built Exteriors for our fabulous gutters and peace of mind. Highly recommend them!

Description of Work: Stucco work on residential house. I give them credit for doing some extra work not originally written up, but quality of work was not $10,000. I complained of gaps in the work as it neared the ground and 2 particular spots(approximately 4" by 24" and 6" by 20" left uncovered. I was told that that was acceptable work but for the price I think they could have used a toothbrush and done the job.

Description of Work: First subcontractor was a disaster, walked off site with no warning. QBE bent over backwards, found new sub within one week (for a slate roof, that was tough), and the new sub, Mike, was outstanding, got everything done in a few days - and even fixed something he saw while he was up on the roof that wasn't on the original scope, no charge, to make up for the weeks of delays caused by the first guy. I would definitely hire QBE and Mike again for future roof repair projects, if I need to. Not sure I will need to because they did such a great job on my roof!

Description of Work: The top facia and soffits were covered with vinyl. The work was completed in a timely manner; however the service advertised stated that 500 square feet would cover most houses that were 2000 to 3500 square feet. My house is 2100 square feet and when It was measured it came to over 1100 square feet. I was a little disappointed and could only afford to have the work done on top and it cost an additional $500.

Description of Work: They did a maintenance check on the roof and made any minor repairs needed. They inspected the roof for any leaks and insured that the roof was still in good standing. They provided pictures as well.

Description of Work: He provided an estimate for tearing down our old fence and installing a new one.

Description of Work: They installed 150 feet of 6" gutter. I opted to reuse some downspouts, which they reinstalled at no extra charge. Since I would be installing other downspouts myself, the gutter installer pointed out that I could save a considerable amount by buying from a nearby wholesaler, which I did. The work was neat, as advertised, and performed promptly. There was no pressure for me purchase additional work, though it was offered.

Description of Work: All they did was put caulk around the windows, this is what they consider winterizing a home. The did a somewhat average job, I had to ask the guy to fix the caulking around one window since it looked messy and didn't seem like it was done properly. Needless to say not worth $199.

Description of Work: Constructed a storage barn. This is the second project they completed for us, the first project was four times as large and it was an interior remodel. These guys are the best and go the extra two miles to make the project better than one would hope.

Description of Work: This crew did an amazing job on my fence! They were on time and they did the job professionally and quickly, it only took two days. I now have a very solid very attractive privacy fence for my family. I couldn't be happier!!
