Fencing job ran into a couple of hiccups along the way with initial plan, however I am very happy with the end product. The owner of this company followed through on his promises and the quality of the workmanship was excellent. Would definitely use again.

It went ok. I was hoping for something a bit more elaborate. I would have wanted a computer drawing with more details. Most of the details were discussed verbally. There was also a lengthy amount of time between our first meeting and when he was supposed to follow up. I had to call to prompt the followup.

When we met Mike, the owner of Quality Built Exteriors, we were instantly comfortable about our decision to remove a small patio and replace it with a larger one and have a pergola built. He brought information on pavers and decking to help us decide what we wanted. However, the estimates were more than we our budget allotted so Mike suggested stamped concrete as a possible alternative. He explained that he had a contractor we could work with and brought him to meet with us and discuss what we wanted. At the conclusion of the meeting we decided on colored stamped concrete with a matte finish. The pergola was built on site very much to our satisfaction but we had a lot of concerns with the stamped concrete. The contractor that Mike introduced us to brought in a crew who apparently did not have a lot of experience with stamped concrete. This was evident from the finished project which we were not satisfied with. We contacted Mike and he came out to our home to inspect the work and agreed with our assessment. He immediately took steps to remedy some of our complaints (which were numerous), however not all could be rectified without removing the newly poured patio and sidewalk and starting over. He made it clear that he would take whatever steps we wanted in order to complete the project to our satisfaction at no additional cost to us. We eventually decided for timing sake to accept the project as is. Mike renegotiated our contract with him at a lower price that we were satisfied with. He supplied us with a load of topsoil to help cure one of the problems that the sub-contractor created. Overall, we were very satisfied with Quality Built Exteriors and our interactions with Mike. He was timely, honest, and sincere in his desire to provide us with what we wanted. The work done on the custom pergola was excellent and those workers were skilled, efficient and pleasant. Bottom line is we would use Quality Built Exteriors again and would recommend this company to others for the work that they directly perform. We certainly would not recommend that sub-contractor concrete company to do work for us again.

I was out of town when the work was done, but my husband felt that they were on time and worked hard until the porch was completed. I was very pleased with the work when I returned home. The porch was done with treated wood and had to wait a couple of weeks to be painted. I contacted the office and asked for a bid for the porch to be painted. I am collecting a few more bids, but will probably go with this company to finish with the paint.

The fence looks great. I had a hard time getting other fence companies to call me back when I was trying to get an estimate. This was not my experience with Quality Built Exteriors. I was met with a kind voice when I called and immediately set up for someone to come out for an estimate. TJ was great when he gave me an estimate. He explained to me different possibilities for my house. We ultimately decided on gating the entire yard. They put up the fence in a timely period. They cleaned up all their supplies before they left. I will definitely use them if something comes up in the future

I met with the owner and he discussed what he would do, remove the old shingles and turbine vent fans, replace plywood, tar paper and place new shingles on roof. The turbine vents were replaced with ridge vents. He quoted a price that was more than advertised due to the fact the square feet of my roof were greater than what he had advertised for, plus he was removing two layers of roofing shingles vice one. He estimated it would take two days, one to remove and the other to install the new shingles. He provided me a start date of 7/11, and since it was raining that day, his crew didn't start until Saturday. They were able to complete the entire job in one day, which included clean up. The new shingles look great. I would recommend Quality Built Exteriors to anyone in need of a new roof.

The seller, Mike, is really good. The finishing of the frame of the window is open and when you press down all the windows and water will seep inside so that's a concern that we have right now. They didn't clean up like we were expecting, they left a lot of debris in the roof. The siding and the trimming was dirty. When they caulked the seams, they kinda over did it. Now it's a little bit dirty and it's very prominent when it should not be like that. The label was good, it looks really pretty. They were advertising a deal of $6,900 for trimming and siding and even though I mentioned that I found them through Angie's List, I still got charged double. So that's the reason I will not use them again. The only time we were disappointed was that they only had one person coming to do all the work and they had to pull him to finish another job. We really were coming on short because we were going on a vacation. They were professional, respectful and friendly. They were good and we like them.

We met for a quote on Friday before July 4. He got right back with date for job. Because of holiday work could not be started until July 5th. Probably took a day and a half.

I paid $49 for a deck design that was supposed to take 2-3 days. It was 3 weeks? The design was a pencil drawing and he had forgotten to draw the pergola or the different back doors that I asked for. I assumed it would be computerized but no. He definitely did not try to sell us a deck with his paper drawing of half of what I asked for. I would not hire him or recommend him.

Was able to seal doors immediately. Came back a few hours later after he went out and bought sealer that would match color of my trim. Very dependable.

The initial appointment was set up quickly after making contact with Quality Built Exteriors. Mike and Todd arrived on time, both very personable and professional. Mike came with samples of roofing tiles and pictures from previous jobs completed by the company. Mike and Todd were very thorough explaining the process and what was included in the Angie?s List Deal I purchased, the appointment was not rushed in anyway. The crew was scheduled for the first available date, depending on weather conditions, I was kept up to date as to when that would take place. Materials were delivered and work was started and completed in one day (total sq. ft. approximately 2200). The roof looks fantastic! Neighbors have commented on the difference it has made to the look of our house, we are very satisfied with the materials used (30 yr. architectural shingles) with ridge vents and the finished look. The only negative I can say is the roofing crew left nails scattered on the ground and other small debris around the house and in the bushes. The cleanup was not thorough, which I felt was unprofessional and a hazard to us and our pets. This was brought to Mike?s attention by the next contractor we hired through Quality Built Exteriors.

This was a waste of my time. These guys came out and they were very nice. They quickly measured the roof and after a short visit I received a quote. I could not believe it - it was near 1500+ dollars more than all my other quotes. I informed them that their price was way out of line with all the other companies I had received quotes from. Date is approximate - it was between Feb and March while I was getting quotes.

They were prompt. The technician was pleasant and did a good job. There is a noticeable difference in the window and doors now.

Bought the big deal coupon. Very fast and professional work. They even did some work that wasn't covered by the big deal, and gave me a military discount on the labor required by this additional work. Thanks Guys!

When I asked if it would cover it, he said no, it would go towards just one window. I asked what he meant "go towards one window", he said that it is usually around $300 for one window. the Big Deal was for $250 toward $500 of WINDOWS, doors, siding and roof upgrades. he was very argumentative and kept bringing up how much better he was than another company. I don't understand why i would purchase $250 toward $500 of work if I would have to pay the normal price for the job in the end.

The roofing was completely removed down to hard wood. all wood that was bad was replaced, now shingles where installed.

They have an excellent reputation and did an excellent job. They also provided financing for me.

I never take the time to write reviews, but this company is well worth my time. I called Quality Built Exteriors out to my house to price a new roof. Mike the sales person was super professional. He is one of the few sales people I have haver talked to who actually seemed to know what he was talking about. Its such a big relieve to know that I dont have to worry about spending so much money. Mike let me know that Quality Built is a one stop shop. I ended up getting my fence and all my siding done to. My house looks fantastic! The to top it all off I was able to finance part of it! Thanks a million...anyone would be taking a risk not to go with this company

They were fine. They did good quality work. They were professional.

They arrived promptly and began looking for the cause of the leak. Unfortunately, like three before them they could not identify the cause. A possible solution was presented, but when asked for an estimate, I was only told that it would be $350 for a worker to come out to the house. No explanation as to what that fee would include was provided. (Is that a flat fee per service call? Would that be applied to any repair work? etc)

Excellent! I am thrilled with how beautiful my roof came out! I will be using this company again in the very near future. Mike came to my home and listened to what I wanted and was very helpful and gave me some good suggestions with out pushing me into them It was clear I could trust him with out being pushed into more then I wanted although I did decide to take his advise as it did make sence to my husband and I. While he was at our home I really felt like we where all that mattered he didn't rush us and really took his time with us making sure to answer all of our questions. Which is very refreshing as I noticed not all companies take there time with you. This is my home and I don't want to feel uncompfortable with the company doing the work. I would also like to make mention of his employees. I guess what you would call the "lead" guy his name is Keith. What really stood out to me is his work ethics this guy never stopped working he wasn't the normal "boss" that sat back while all others did the work and handed out orders. This impressed me. He made sure to keep me informed he had all the guys there and they where always on time, neat and clean cut. If you ever use this company take a couple of minutes and watch this guy work its amazing my husband and I where both impressed.
