Description of Work: They came out and removed television for repair and rehung them after repair. Charged $75 to take down and $75 to put back up. I thought that was really expensive, but it was their lowest trip charge.

Description of Work: I talked with a gentleman at plasma, told him what I wanted. He gave me a price for the job. I told him I had to discuss it with my wife and I would call him back. I decided to give him the job. I tried calling him back FOUR times. Each time giving him my name and telephone number. He never called me back.

Description of Work: They (Robert & Dave) were great, funny, professional, patient with a non-tech-noid, cleaned up after themselves, all in all; a terrific experience. I recommend them highly.

+ -1 moreIt went fantastic! Every employee that came to my home was extremely courteous and professional. I even had them collaborate with my carpenter who installed a custom Mantel for one of the TV's. I was very impressed with the outcome of their work and the customer service I received throughout the job. I do not have enough great things to say about them and I would highly recommend them to any friend or family member.
Description of Work: We had them mount three different televisions and install exterior speakers.
