Perfect Image responded quickly, and we played phone tag for a couple of days-- I assume that they wanted me to be present when they performed the service. Then Perfect Image just stopped calling, and I have not heard from them since. I would like a refund

Description of Work: The only money that was paid was the "big deal" price for what I thought was going to be a detailed drawing of the solution to my drainage problem. I received a hand-drawn sketch and an estimated cost that included $1,000 labor to dig a 3X3X3 hole, and a ditch to the street! All-in-all, the project would have cost over $3,000. Someone has to have a better way to fix my problem. I also got the impression that retailers are not fond of being one of Angies "big deals". If I had paid the "full price" for the estimate, I'd really be upset.

Description of Work: This service was an Angie's List "big deal". Due to inclement weather all our scheduled appointments had to be rescheduled over and over again. We finally had a nice sunny day and Chris showed up, very punctual. The back yard has nothing but water oak trees which had shed their leaves and made a big mess in the back yard. Chris worked fast and steady and was done quickly. He bagged the leaves and placed the bags at the curb. I am very pleased with the service and will hire Perfect Image again.

Description of Work: They were hired to do winter cleanup (or as much as possible) in four hours. Considering the time constraints, the yard looked great, leaves bagged, couple dead stumps removed, various items trimmed back, edged, cleaned debris from flower beds, etc. Two guys, four hours and a yard ready for spring.
